Guns Boy was available as a giveaway on October 20, 2020!
If you like action games, then you will definitely like this game. You have to fight with very strong opponents. AI will not let you get bored! Enemies are actively moving and pursuing you. There are several types of bots - they have different weapons but all of them are trying to kill you. You can use such weapons as: pistols, Uzi, M4, AK. Use your intelligence and agility to beat all arenas! Your skills are your main weapon! Victory is yours!
Game features:
- Challenging AI
- Fun gameplay
- Steam achievements
- 5 types of weapons
Windows XP +
108 MB
$0.99
109 MegaBytes for a game that could come directly from the early 80´s.
If there´d been any mouse support in this area, I could have written this in 8 kiloBytes.
Shortcomings:
-difficulty level is much too high.
-bots AI is reduced to moving to your position
-for a "platformer" it is hard to reach platforms
-stupid jumping around
For me the game lacks gameplay and fun, a waste of bandwidth and time.

It seems that part of my comment was deleted, so let me rephrase it:
TestPlatformer
?????? ???????? ???????? [c:\Users\myname\
AppData\Local\Temp\IXP000.TMP\Gunsboy.exe].
???????:
Can anyone make any sense of this?

Guns Boy looks like it might be a knock-off of a nostalgic game I really enjoyed many years ago: Duke Nukem. However, after installing and running it I get a strange message box:
TestPlatformer
?????? ???????? ???????? . ???????:
And when I click on OK, it disappears....and no game is displayed. Is it just me?

I seem to be missing something here? We had better graphics on the old Commodore 64 machines. Why are these games being produced in such a retro format?

Ron Heffernan,
Yep, I couldn't agree more.
It just boggles my mind why these ancient retro graphic games are so popular and desired these days.
As someone the same as you who has lived through the days when these were the best graphics possible I just can't figure out the reason why graphics like this are so 'the in thing' now. Weird!
Why? why? WHY? LOL
Drew.

Drew,
I think it may be nostalgia.
That said, I'm still playing Darklands, which I originally purchased on floppy disks back in 1992. Then got a copy via one of the abandonware sites before sites like Good Old Games appeared and hoovered up all the old classics, then I purchased a copy via Steam when it was released there. The graphics are very pixelated by today's standards, but the RPG game play in my opinion has rarely been surpassed. Pretty graphics are brilliant for the immersion, but that doesn't mean they are brilliant games. I wish someone would take up the challenge of creating a new Darklands with the latest graphic engines. It would be phenomenal.
