The review is a very late, but better late than never. :) I didn't actually know about this and the Tank Brawl game until Friday evening, and only because I was checking what was in store for the coming weekend. We actually have games each day for Saturday, Sunday and Monday

In Brief

FORGE OF GODS is a multiplayer card strategy RPG! Collect and train as many monsters as you can to assemble the greatest team and fight through hordes of enemies. Todays game giveaway is the Team of Justice Pack dlc for the free to play game Forge of Gods. You will need a Steam account to play the game. You must also install the main game before you can use the Steam code received via this offer.

If you like or don't like today's game please give some feedback detailing why you like or don't like the game; for example, how it could be improved from your point of view. If you don't like this genre at all, please explain why, especially if you give it a thumbs down. There are still thousands of subscribers to the game giveaway of the day every weekend which makes this an ideal forum for giving developers ideas as to what their consumers (i.e. you) would like to see in a game. For example, you could suggest extra content such as mini games, or a level editor that you would like to see or improved graphics, changing the menu system, adding camera controls or some other aspect of the game that would make it more appealing to you. Giving such feedback instead of saying nothing or just saying this game is rubbish may bring more developers to the site, which could mean more and better games. Would you give away thousands of copies of a game away to a community that complains all the time instead of giving useful feedback? It only takes a few moments of your time. This site could be transformed if only the community would be more forthcoming in their opinions of the games they are getting for free.

Installation:

You have to install the main game Forge of Gods via your Steam client first. if you don't have a Steam account you will first have to download and install the Steam client via the following link:

then create a Steam profile. Once that has been completed you can install the main game free of charge (because the main game is Free to Play), then input the Steam code that you've received (after completing the form filling) via the game button along the top of the Steam client. From the drop down menu select Activate a product on Steam (see image below)

Then follow the various prompts. Once the steam code has been accepted the dlc pack will be permanantly associated with your steam account.

The Game:

GODS are not born, they are made by YOU! Join the action in this highly addictive multiplayer card strategy RPG “FORGE OF GODS”! Conjure powerful dragons, sturdy warriors and exotic beasts to fight for you in the land of Pangea! Are you ready for battle? You start the game by playing through a single player introductory campaign that introduces you to the main aspects of the game as well as earning you some in game goodies.

Kill enemies -> Capture souls -> Evolve them -> FORGE an army of GODS -> Be no.1 !

Forge of gods is a unique “rearrange and move” battle system that is simple to grasp and very tactical. It will constantly test your strategic skills! There is a huge tree of creature evolutions, where you can mix different types to breed to create legendary creatures!

There are over a thousand creatures, each with unique skills and hundreds of upgrades, giving you a massive potential to create an almost unlimited supply of different creatures. There are also over a hundred locations to visit with three difficulty levels in each location, where you'll find with towers, runes and spawn points where you can fight and capture elite creatures to add to your growing army. On your way you'll unlock treasure chests and pick up bags of gold and gems whicdh can be utilized throughout the game.

Forge of Gods allows you to duel against thousands of real people in skill based PvP battles with rankings, streaks and tournaments! There are active guilds with chats, leaders, officiers, upgrades, raids and guild wars. Group up with your friends to be №1 on the server, or just enjoy the game no matter what your skill!

There are loads of quests and achievements to complete, all with good rewards. You also have a castle that you can improve with mines, barracks, sawmills, shrines and beast's camps. Go Forge your own Gods in this huge and dangerous fantasy world of Pangea! Enjoy spectacular new challenges every day you log on! The dlc pack gives you more gems which you can use to summon new creatures, purchase new weapons and expand your grpwing army. you also get extra powerful creatures to help you in your quests. To redeem the pack input the Steam key your are given, then you need to play through the tutorial before any of the content of the dlc pack are unlocked.

Forge of Gods is completely free to play. However, some in-game items can also be bought for real money. Todays game giveaway dlc is one such way to acquire in game items that usually cost real money.

Conclusion:

I've played the game for approximately 9 hours so far and have enjoed the game. it's easy to pick up, but hard to put down. Rewards are gained during and at the end of every battle.Although game play is very easy to pick up, as you build up your army you'll need to use your head to decide which creatures in your army you'll use in the many battles that await you otherwise you may find is becomes increasinlgy difficult to win. If you enjoy strategy and multiplayer games this is a game you will probably enjoy.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Panoramik for giving this second dlc pack for Forge of Gods, which for those into the game, but who can't afford the dlc will be very welcome, and also to the game giveaway team, as always, for providing a safe environment to download free games.

The latest free game over on Origin is still Nox. Nox is an action role-playing game developed by Westwood Studios and published by Electronic Arts in 2000 for Microsoft Windows. It details the story of Jack, a young man from Earth who is pulled into a high fantasy parallel universe and has to defeat the evil sorceress Hecubah and her army of Necromancers to return home. Depending on the player's choice of character class at the beginning of the game (warrior, conjurer, or wizard), the game follows three largely different linear story lines, each leading to its unique ending. If you've ever played the early RPG's such as Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale or the early Fallout series and liked them, you'll probably like this game as well. It's 16 year sold now, but still looks pretty good for it's age. This type of game has held it's appeal and looks far more than the early first person games. I highly recommend it..

Hi Team, I wish you would notify me if there is to be a game. I would happily prepare a review of each game if i get enough notice. I only discovered 'Tank Brawl' (which i purchased when it was first released on Steam) a couple of hours ago, and then the dlc for 'Forge of Gods' when I was checking for tomorrows games about 30 minutes ago. If you could email me on my main email (i.e. Whiterabbit-uk@hotmail.co.uk) at least a day before the games go live I'll be more prepared and should be able to get a review written for when the games go live. for the past several months I've struggled to get most reviews written before they go live, often working for several hours into the giveaways before I've been able to post the reviews. Sundays has become more difficult becasue I now go to an archery club every Sunday morning, so really need plenty of fore-warning about what games are going to go live. I realize you don't always know until the last minute, but it would still be nice if someone thought to let me know.

I have most of the Steam games you have put up so far (The only one i didn't was the very first one you gave away - Amygdala) My main Steam account has over 8700 games in the account and my other Steam accounts around 2000, so it's likely I already have the games, so can spend some time playing them to give a more rounded review.
