Don't forget to check Indie Gala's freebie section HERE, then click on the Showcase header, selecting freebies from the drop down menu; recent additions include Dracula 3: The Path of the Dragon, and Potatoman Seeks the Troof. Recent games such as Distortions, Dino Run DX, Cheap Golf, Kill Em All, Dead Hungry Diner and Contract with the Devil have now been removed. All remaining freebies can be found in the showcase section (around 100 are available). Not all games that go into the showcase remain free, so you should grab them as soon as you can.

The latest Epic games end later today and include Dead by Daylight, a multiplayer (4vs1) horror game where one player takes on the role of the savage Killer, and the other four players play as Survivors, trying to escape the Killer and avoid being caught, tortured and killed. We also get While True: Learn (Data Scientist Edition) - a puzzle/simulation game about even more puzzling stuff: machine learning, neural networks, big data and AI. But most importantly, it’s about understanding your cat.

From later today, we will get Godfall Challenger Edition, (released last year on the 12th November) - Save Aperion. You are the last of the Valorian knights, masters of combat equipped with legendary armour called Valorplates. Ascend in Godfall, a first-of-its-kind, looter-slasher, melee action-RPG the challenger edition includes maximum level unlocks and skills from the outset. We will also be getting the excellent Prison Architect - Welcome Wardens! Only the world’s most ruthless Warden can contain the world’s most ruthless inmates. Design and develop your personalized penitentiary in Prison Architect.

If anyone who got the previous weeks TheHunter: Call of the Wild is interested in playing some coop with me, please leave a message in the thread I posted over in the forums HERE; I'll then contact you via the email you've used for your forum sign in and I'll send you a link to my Discord channel and make some arrangements to play. I've been playing the game regularly since June this year (accruing over 600 hours of game play). I've found playing with friends much more enjoyable.

The best Indie Bundles sites that have been operating from around 2011 are the Humble Bundle and Indie Gala sites where you'll sometimes find decent bundles with over 90% off the usual price of the games included in the bundles. The Humble site is in my opinion the best. A more recent addition that is worth checking out are the Fanatical bundles (used to be called Bundle stars)that you can find HERE (thanks Delenn for reminding me of this bundle, I've just recovered my account and found thousands of unused Steam keys listed from various bundles I purchased from 2012 to 2017).

p.s. If you are a collector of removed games from Steam. The developer MS Game Studio are closing down their development team due to economic conditions and are removing all of their games from the Steam store from the 16th December 2021, at which time they will no longer be available for sale anywhere. All four games are 90% off until they are removed. I've checked the first two games, a single player game called Bloody Sand : The Gods Of Assyria (£2.37), and a single player/ multiplayer game called North Of Iraq Part 1 (£2.37), and found them both playable and mildly interesting but nothing special. Also available for the last time are Prison 69 (£1.54) which has a content warning being unsuitable for children and Battle Sad Boy (£0.71). The games get mixed reviews via the Steam community. I would say that for the price they are acceptable, but none of the games had anything new or exceptional to offer and in my opinion, are only suitable for those who like to collect games.

Because STEAM does not work under Windows XP ,
I had to boot from Windows 7 in order to activate ,
download and install the game .
Also , in my comment for the game Mahjong World Contest 2 ,

I did that because I knew that I 'll forget to reply to your email ... :-)

About the game ...
I saw that it's an RPG game .
I must confess that I've never played an RPG game .
The only game I've played , that comes remotely close , was
STAR WARS : Shadows of the Empire , that was (I think) a
third-person shooter / Action RPG .
So , your gift will be my first "pure" RPG ... :-) .

Something about The Hunter: Call of the Wild .
As you know I always read your reviews .
So , I have read your praises about The Hunter: Call of the Wild .
I was very glad to see it been offered by EPIC .
The plan was to install the game and then accept your invitation
to go hunting together ... :-)
Unfortunately , I've forgot to claim the game !!!
After realizing what I did , I was cursing my self for about an hour
(stupid , stupid , stupid ) ...
I've stopped cursing my self when I went to EPICs page of the game
and saw the system requirements .
My PC does not have the power to play the game ... :-(
Nevertheless , I would love to have the game in my collection .
Maybe , in the (near , I hope) future I will upgrade to a much powerful PC .
Anyway ... I am almost sure that the game will be offered again , someday ...
So ... Thank you again , very much , for the game .

Hi G, my memory must be playing up again as I don't recall reading the ''thanks for the gift' that said one of the staff members does often moderate the comments, so I may have missed it completely. That is such a shame that you missed the freebie; however, the developer seems to have been pushing the game a lot recently, with the complete edition appearing on a Humble Bundle several weeks ago for £11, which was an amazing bargain as the whole lot costs approaching £100.

What I love about the game is that it has some amazing scenery that you can either walk around in or travel virtually anywhere on an ATV. Being virtually housebound and was a keen hiker before my accident, the game gives me some of the feelings i got when I used to go walking over the moors etc, plus the game is very relaxing; for example, in the new reserve that was released this Tuesday gone, I spent 90 minutes sitting atop a tripod waiting for a gator to appear to complete a mission. I was quite happy waiting, taking in the sounds and sights the game has to offer.
