I absolutely love this game, I had the earlier version from GAOTD, but when I reloaded windows, I lost it, so thank you soooooo much for bringing this great game back. I've already had hours of fun playing it, have completed once, but can go back and play time and time again.

I could play it for a while but it kept crashing on me so much that the game itself wanted to send an email about it! While it was working I liked it but because of the technical problems it gets uninstalled.

We enjoyed the first version, but it froze about halfway through. Glad to have this second version. My family all enjoys it. Thanks.

I am very disappointed. I love the game and wish I could have kept it, but I was playing it for a while and then I got "game.net is experiencing a problem and needs to close" Ok so I figured it would be alright after this 1 time, but everytime I plsy it the same message comes up so I just uninstalled it. Great game though snd wish I could have kept playing it. None of the other games do this.

This is actually very playable.
I can enjoy it (40 year old).
And my 5 year old can have some fun with it too.

For some reason it only lets me play for 60 minutes. I thought it was a free full version. Guess not.

I'm happy that this sequel to Flower Story has been offered. I still play the original, even though it has a couple of quirks and wants to shut down on occasion. Meridian also offered Numericon, given away on this site, and I enjoy it as well. The new "Flowers" is a nice update with very similar graphics and some interesting bonuses. Hope to see more of this collaberation between GGOTD and Meridian in the future. Thanks all!

I really loved the original Flower Story game and the glitch that I had early in the game the company posted a fix and it solved the issue I had. So I loved how they were quick to find a solution to a problem. Though they do need someone to proof read the sentences. All in all this is one of my favorite games and I really am excited to get this part two. I have already enjoyed playing it and love some of the new games it has introduced. It is an excellent game! I totally agree with #36. :) took me 6hrs to complete the whole round. Much fun to play than the Flower 'version' cos it have more variety. Especially the "pair up flower" (open and find the same flowers) is my favorite kind of game, which 'Flower' don't have. Rather addictive. Thanks for giving this game away GOTD and Meridian'93. why does it say only 60 minutes of play after i have activated the game? I wouldn't of bothered if i can only play it for 60 min.

Oh Goody! It downloaded and installed with no problems on XP Pro SP2.
I love the original Flowers Story which did have a serious problem at first and a new executable file for the game was provided (this wasn't just an NVidia problem), but that game does still crash frequently for me - I just save, save, save, and then at least I can get back to where I was if the game crashes on me. Hopefully, in Fairy Quest that bug has been properly fixed. I haven't played that many levels of this game, but so far it's working well.

Usually I turn music way down in games, but on this one (and the original game) I turn it up as I find it quite soothing and relaxing. Others have already said more about the game, so I'm not going to go into that.

lara - Make sure you extract the files to a different folder in your computer. Run the Activate file and let it go to the web. Then run the Setup file and it should install properly. (If you're running Vista, you may have other problems and then I'd have no clue as to what would help you.)

#8 long - With your attitude against everyone on this site, I can see why no one bothered to answer your question, but I'm feeling generous today. It's really quite simple. Match 2 more of the same type of flowers with the ones that are covered with a web. Once you've matched all up all the flowers that have the web on them, you'll free the fairy.

I like this game it's got a bit of a different twist to it, some easy and then they get more challenging. Not fond of the click the number of flowers (or test your reflexes instead of your brain) but it's only one part of the game. The rest so far make you use your "grey" matter. It's refreshing to see games like this, for YEARS all you could get were games like Dune, Warcraft, etc. I know some people like them but they aren't for everybody.

Thank you GGOTD and Meridian '93. I'm not sure how far along I am in the game so I can't comment on the price. I do know that a lot of game sites have their games like this between $9.99 and $14.00 USD right now and I've purchased some of them.

The music, the faries' story and game-play itself is enjoyable - not timed so you can plan your moves. I very much like how three flowers can be in-circled - easier on the eyes and helps you make better choices. This game is one that I will be playing for a while. Thank you!

There's a lot to like in this game. It IS sweet, but also fairly suspenseful for a young child to keep them riveted. Who doesn't like to help a fairy get their wings? Nice assortment of games. Thank you.

I like this game! The thumbs up/down voting doesn't seem to match the comments. The comments seem far more in favor of the game than the voting indicates.

I like that you can "set up" with this game rather than ever move must make a "match". The rotate is also a bit different rather than a simple swap.

There are a variety of games involved so you do have to pay somewhat attention to what you are doing.

I make no comment on the music because I ALWAYS turn that off right away. I like to play a game with sound effects but not with background music. The one major "show stopper" for me is to not have that option or not have it work.

For me, it works great under Vista Ultimate (at least with my configuration). I noticed a comment about it not working with an older NVDia driver but I had no problem. Then again, my driver is as updated as I can get it (I still have problems with it talking to Vista from time to time).

I guess I'm either easy to please or I'm more tolerant than many of those that visit this site. If there is a game that I don't want, I don't complain or gripe - I just wait until the next day and look again. I only post in cases where I don't get the game if it doesn't work for me and that is a "public service" to note problems rather than a complaint.

Excellent game! A decent continuation of the Flowers Story saga. Based on the same rotate-the-flowers-and-match-three-or-more concept, Fairy Quest pushes it even further, introducing new mini games and brand new logics for acquiring bonuses. In addition to fading, flowers can now be covered with snow and 'freeze' in a place, which makes it a bit harder to play on advanced levels (not really a challenge for the FS adepts!). There are new bonuses as well (e.g. 'lighning' bonus, which destroys a whole row of flowers).

The developers have proved they're a bunch of highly creative people, and the company's constantly evolving. And, of course, we can benefit from the usual 'ingredients': superb graphics, adorable relaxing music, and obnoxious English - just as one can expect from Meridian'93.

Simply loved the game, I have to be very selective in playing games on the computer because if they move to fast I get can't play them, so finding a game that moves slowly allows me to play games.

How do you free the #$@$ fairies. As usual just a half a bunch of instructions. Of course the reviews just echo the web site and the local guru just mumble mouths as usual. Surprised we not favored with something he prefers better.

Ohhh I have a bunch of little girls who are going to absolutely adore this game. Thanks so much for making it possible for us to survive winter school break. It is much too cold to send them outside and these free games give them hours of pleasure (whine free hours for me)

it's a very good match 3 game i just hope that there is not a impossible level one like in the first flower story

As Britney said previously there's a lot more to this game than just matching three flowers. There are new things introduced virtually every level. For example in the second level you have to complete three orders for flowers in specific arrangements and in later levels you have to clear away trapped flowers to release a flower fairy. There are also different games to complete such as matching pairs and collecting falling flowers of specific types.

One of the several ways this differs from your standard match three game is that you can set up groups by rotating series of flowers even if it doesn't make a set of three or more, though be wary of rotating the same flower too often, as it will fade then die, making it impossible to get rid of.

The graphics are great and the game play is even better. There’s a story running through the game that interrupts the flow of the game a little, but I’m all for this as it adds some flavor to the game. You can pause the game by clicking on the menu at the top right of the playing field, where you are given the option of saving the game. The game is fully mouse controlled and it’s definitely suitable for children and adults of all ages, though I think some of the games may be a little too fast for the younger child. You have two modes to play with the Campaign and the Survival game, though to play the survival game you must first play the campaign mode. I only played four levels and the survival mode remained locked. :(

Despite having a lot of match three games, this one is worth buying if you miss the opportunity to get it today; so well worth the 8.5 out of 10 I give it for family fun.

There were a lot of people who got errors when running the previous giveaway, which was apparently solved (for some at least) by updating their NVidia graphic card drivers:

Wish there were comments before I made a decision to download. I'm avoiding Destiny Architect because of the previous negative press it got. Flowers Story is okay. Twisting 3-flower bunches to make matches. I have 3 sweet puzzle games so this one gets uninstalled.
