How do I run the game in 32 bit version Windows 7?

I spent a half hour trying to figure out why the game will not run. I updated all the drivers on my laptop to the fullest but it will not budge. My 14" laptop is connected to a 32" LED TV and had unplugged it running from the small screen to see if that was it, and it was not the problem. Seems to be an incompatibility with the Intel UHD 600 Driver if anything else.
Should anyone had this issue and fixed it, I would appreciate it. The file integrity scan was also clean so not sure why its happening

Does anyone else find it strange that the setup is 141 MB? FlashByNight's Drench is similar and is small enough to load on web...10 years ago.
