Finally.
I figured out that the jewels reaching your gun is not a failure. You can pick an area of the screen and just keep firing until you get the color you want. The unwanted jewels just keep piling/clearing...
Then - it was making sure to carefully track where I was aiming, and carefully watch where the rotating steel rocks were.

I don't get it with the steel rocks - it seems I can't aim there.

Anu, you're right - you can't fire at the steel rocks.
It's more to watch the pattern, and watch for when the gap between two of them will be right, so that you miss them both.
After much trial and error, I found just the right spot (on the top frame) to put the cursor, and then to wait until the rotating rock got to a particular spot - and fire. The timing for the rotating rocks was different for the left and right side.

It's a nice game. I've gotten to the level with the 6 steel gems traveling in a hexagon - failed 9 times now :-)
Similar to some other games: It'd be nice if it got a little bit easier after however many failures - maybe a bit more generous with the power-ups. If I wasn't occasionally getting quite close, I'd probably be dropping the game.

This game has a child-like story line, but is a bit challenging. All in all, not a bad game. Haven't seen anything that needs improving for me at this point.

Installed OK (I had to disable my virus checker to install as I have to for all games from GOTD). I have only played a couple of levels but this seems a bit simple and babyish, nice graphics though, if you like whimsical. It is a bubble shooter type game, may play it while I listen to catch up radio, so will keep it for a while.
