Can not get the game to show full-screen in Windows 11 even when changing settings and resolution.

Click on both "Fullscreen" and "Widescreen" and screen resolution 1024 X 768 in the Options

Had the game, not listed as collector's edition, from GOTD in 2015. That version seems to run fine. In today's version a few of the files are newer [most are still 2012] and the new game's folder holds a bit less than 100MB more. Back in 2015 would have used the Compatibility Troubleshooter in Win7, so nothing listed for the game on the compatibility tab of properties. For today's game, since the troubleshooter's not working, on the Properties -> Compatibility tab for game.exe I set the Compatibility mode to Win7, checked Disable fullscreen optimizations, & after clicking the Change high DPI settings button, I set the High DPI scaling override to System enhanced. It's possible that one or more of those settings is not needed, but it's a habit. At any rate the game runs / displayed fine in Win11 23H2 on a 1080p screen.
