it appears the gift code can only be redeemed if you use it on your mobile and not within the app on ones browser in their computer. so to redeem it install the game on your cell over the PC version also offered for download to get it.

I am going into my account on the IGG page & in the redeem coupon for all gifts etc I enter the code that was sent to me to receive a notification its failed. Are they fixing this or not? I think its fantastic they wish to offer a $50 gift but if you can't redeem it that is just going to create frustration for anyone who for days has waited for this to be resolved. So since my first comment i am still unable to redeem the code sent to me.

please note that you might get this error (404) when you request the
program download link using one IP address and try to download the program using another one.
Do you use any VPN or have the dynamic IP address?

A download link comes to our mail address, but when the download link is clicked, we get a 404 page error.
