Dark Jungle
The main character is a mage. Let's call him Iron, so here is Iron the mage-traveler. He wandered into a dense forest. The forest is full of vines that are visible in the background. There are also thorny vines that deal damage when touched.

You should also beware of dangerous and sharp thorn lianas.

In the dense forest (jungle) through which our Iron passes, there are many Slimes (Slimes) who, as soon as they see the main character, begin to go to him.
The genre of the game is platformer.

As the main description says, this game is trying to be a platformer. It's exactly what it sounds like. But today's game may leave you playing the game over and over again.

You control a little mage through the levels just trying to accomplish the objective. You'll notice that when you control him you can move your mouse around and you can shoot projectiles anywhere from any angle. However pairing that with the keyboard controls kind of where it loses me.

I believe practice makes perfect but the control scheme is pooly executed in my opinion. This game does have an in help menu that helps explain the game to you but the fashion the help is presented in, I would rather it be displayed right away on the screen than having that typing effect and slow reading format, etc.

The game does have nice glow effects though I got to say that. But the physics...... they are just weird and the slow movement of the character and the unpredictability of the jumping make this game questionable.

That being said today's game may be worth your time for maybe a couple of minutes but you'll soon get frustrated with the control movements like I did.

Thanks for your review Jason. I'll give this one a miss as you've covered all that is needed. I though we were getting a different game that was the only game in the listings earlier this morning. only just got up after a very very late night. Really appreciate the time you're putting in to help.

Will probably get that one tomorrow. Nice game, can't say anymore ;)

Free via Steam until the 22nd June is Capcom Arcade Stadium and Capcom Arcade Stadium：STREET FIGHTER II - The World Warrior HERE. With your download you also get to relive the Capcom classics! Get 1943 -The Battle of Midway- and game logo wallpapers free! There's a whole raft of other classic games that can be added to the arcade (for cash) via three Arcade Stadium packs, each pack containing 10 classic games from three periods (1984 - 88, 1989 - 92 and 1992 - 2001)

The latest game giveaway via GOG is Beautiful Desolation and another game will be given on the 20th June, with possibly more to come, so keep checking the page I've linked to HERE. Also free via GOG is the Unity version of the second in the series Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall (always free) HERE (the Elder Scrolls is one of my favourite RPG franchises; having followed the series since the first release back in the early 90's. (My favourite is Morrowind, followed by Oblivion. Whiterabbit-uk, For those people who are looking for some good fun with Pinball - The base games for Zaccaria Pinball, Pinball FX 3 and Pinball Arcade are free. In Pinball FX 3, You get the table Fish Tales to keep, in Pinball Arcade you get Mary Shelley's Frankenstein to keep and also in Zaccaria Pinball you get the first table listed to keep (I cant remember the name of the table.) FYI On Switch when I downloaded Pinball FX 3, I also got the table Sorcerers Lair as a freebie added with Fish Tales so not sure of how it works on PC or other consoles but you will get those tables for free.

Pinball games are one of my favourite arcade genres; though I rarely mention it for some reason. I have all of the ones you mentioned, with most of the paid for tables as well. I'm missing several from each collection a sI haven't purchased any new tables recently. Will probably buy the rest of the Zaccarina tables when the summer sale starts in two days; though it depends on what other games are on offer. I have quite a few on my wish list that I really want, but have to be sensible and just buy the best bargains.

Nice game.
It would be handy though if one could define the keys to be used.
I'm on a non-English keyboard and my fingers are in a total knot to be able to play the game.
It's near impossible to play and thus I died pretty quickly.

as for me, not a bad game in which there are 10 levels and 3 interesting skills. Not much can be configured, but I think more is not necessary. And the gameplay is so cool. Completed the game for 40 minutes
