Dangerous zone - a game where you need to survive passing dangerous levels, where different traps are waiting for you, in the form of mines, broken geysers, evil enemies…You play as a starship trooper who must survive on a hostile planet and defeat the final boss. The levels are arenas with traps, shooting monoliths, and evil enemies… The task at the level is not always obvious, so be careful. The task is more challenging by the fact that the action takes place in an acid, falling into which should be an inevitable loss. On some levels, you need to activate the buttons in any order to appear weapons, which can destroy the aggressor. Otherwise, you will have to fight back with your fists. A top down indie shooter

The Game

Dangerous Zone is a quirky top down shooter with colourful levels. Use WASD for movement LMB for melee or firing your weapon and E to pick up weapons and health. Clear each level of opponents to be transported to the next level. At the end of a level a small window pops up telling you how long you took to complete the level. You can also see a timer counting up when you start a new level. As you progress more obstacles are added to the level that will kill you instantly if you touch them, for example poisonous fog and other weird looking objects. Make your way to the marked aarea to escaape the area.

You can see a video of game play via the Steam store page HERE. The game hasn't been released yet, so there are no user reviews to see.

7 different scanners detected a trojan in the setup file.

Joseph Knight, Hi Joseph, I've checked the spam folders and I cannot see any other comment made by you. Thank you for posting your results. I ran the same scan on the zip file and only got 4 hits , though repeating it on the exe file it got the same results as yours.

These are detecting the low level adware that is packaged with the Falcoware installer. Everytime you run the game an advert appears and when you close the game down your browser is redirected to their site. They earn revenue from this part of which is given to the developer or owner of the game license. There is no malware installed to your system and the adware is only active during the boot up of the game. It is totally self contained.

& hits out of 73 isn't that significant. The giveaway team have never given away a game in the 13 years they have been operating and always check their downloads before allowing them to be accessed by the community.

Showing on Steam to be released July 7th. Found it on another site also. Both sites just state the exactly same as what you see here. Video on Steam shows some of the game play.
