Cult 2112 is a simple dungeon crawler with retro graphics. Kill all the occupants of each level and find the swotc that will ppen the locked exit. The best tactic if you approach more than one enemy, is to start retreating as soon as they start to attack, swinging your sword using the mouse key. movement is via the WASD keys. Whever you are hit your HP is reduced, if it goes to zero you have to start from the beginning of the level. HP regenerates over time, so the best tactic is to attack small groups of enemies at a time, once despatched allow your HP to recover, then attack more. Once the Parts of the dungeon are locked initially. you need to find the release switch to open those sections. You gain experience by picking up green globes.

Part way through the first dungeon after opening the first locked section I came across an area that was infested with multiple enemies. After dispatching several, my character became uncontrollable and I was killed witin seconds; on re-entering the same area after respawning (by pressing R) the character was still uncontrollable, (sort of like the movement key was stuck on move), so my character ran headlong into a mass of enemies. If you try to attack more than three enemies at a time, its impossible to survive the attack due to the speed at which you are able to attack each enemy becasue each swing of your characters sword costs SP, which needs to regenerate before you can swing your sword again. Because of this apparent glitch I had to reboot the game again and again, but the glitch persisted. that said, after watching some of the vidseos of the game on you tube, it must be poissible to get past this are as you can see different levels. also your character can collect different weapins that look like they are upgradable. This is indicated via the icons in the top right of the game arena.

The save system works in thatIi was able to restart where I'd left off by choosing load game, but after dispatching a few enemies the same isse with control emerged and my character ran headlong with no control alerting several enemies who swamed my character and diospatched him pronto. I tried passing this area a few more times, but each time the same glitch, which I presume is a bug arose, so I abandoned the game.
