Needs a new super fast processor. Way too slow on my Pentium 4 1.6GHz, 512MB RAM with 64MB video card but great on my new Pentium dual core 2.1GHz PC with 4GB RAM.

This is my kind of game, I love to figure out puzzles. My only "wish", and this is no biggee, is that they'd put a restart button right on the main game page so when you need to restart the level you're on you wouldn't have to click the X at the top first. Like I said....no biggee. This is a great game and Id definitely buy it. I'll be doing searches for additional levels.
Thanks GGOTD

It is kind of annoying that if a mistake is made, such as pushing a rock against a wall that you can't undo the mistake. While the shorter puzzles are OK to redo the level, as the levels gain in complexity remembering all the steps necessary could become a problem.

Finally, gravity works for the objects, but not for our intrepid explorer?

A fun puzzle game that gets progressively harder. Haven't had time to make it real far yet. Only con I've seen so far is the unusual gameplay. Your character roams around as if you are viewing from above, no gravity affects him the bottom of the screen, yet all objects are stacked and fall down to bottom of screen like a 2D side scrolling game. It only takes away from the realism, but makes for interesting gameplay. Every other aspect of the game, such as the intro, and leveling up is all nicely done and easy to understand.

Very glad that a Rake In Grass game kicks off this round of game giveaways. I don't think Rake has given away an unworthy game here, at least not since I started downloading in Nov. of '08. They and Realore have been the stars of the giveaway and I would recommend any gamer with some spare change to check out games from both of those distributors. Rake in particular has a knack for finding interesting developers and development houses - both the conventional but interesting types like 300AD, the group here - and more unconvential games like Archibald's Adventures, a game which combines these kind of geometric puzzle with an entertainingly off-kilter platformer and also LarvaMortus, a zombie shooter.

This is definitely simpler than the Classic version, but partly that's because the tutorial here shows you the trick to solving those introductory levels, where the Classic version only preps you on the mechanics, not the specific strategies. I'm not saying I disagree with Sukibabe (I mean it slightly differently) but I prefer games whose helps/tutorials are clear about the game's mechanics - though not necessarily the strategies. Some gamers like to figure out the game's mechanics themselves, but I like to know the mechanics so I can concentrate on the strategies. It bugs me when I end up finding out a game function only by stumbling on it in a forum. So the Crystal Cave games get thumbs up from me for their clear tutorials, although they didn't explain the "transporters". I wouldn't have figured that out if I hadn't already seen it in Archibald's Adventures.

The difficulty increases slowly in both games, which may not please the hardcore folks, but I feel is the right approach to attract a broad audience. Simple, with enough mental challenge to keep you interested, but not enough to give you a headache (or make your head explode :) ) That's an aspect hardcore gamers don't always appreciate. Many of us unwind with simple challenges, rather than, say, breakneck paced multi-player shooters. Again, simple, fun, interesting, can't ask for too much more.

And adding a level editor always is very attractive icing on the cake. BTW, excellent suggestions, WR, concerning a level website and editable tile structures. Every developer would benefit by thinking in these terms.

Does look like the thumbs are broken. I can't give it a thumbs up ether. 8/10. Maybe 9 for the casual gamer who wants a more relaxed challenge. A great comeback for GGOTD.

I downloaded the Classic version when it was offered in November and I have just finished every level of the game so I am so happy to see that now I have more levels to play.

With out a doubt, this is the best game I have ever played. It's not a strain your thumb, wrench your wrist. Carpel Tunnel syndrom creating game. It's no shootem up game although Rake in the Grass and GAOTD have offered some very good ones. This game involves thinking and planning, and you can go through the levels in any order you wish. It is stimulating and guaranteed good for exercising the old brain cells (what few I have left). I love this game and am saddened to think that when I complete these new levels, there are no more. In fact I am sure there must be other games like this but I can't find em or just don't know where to look. I remember along time ago GAOTD offered a game called RoboBox which required the same skill sets as this game but other than that I have never found another game that compares.

I am not a big gamer but if there were more games like this one I could see myself getting pretty serious. Thanks Rake-in-the-Grass and GAOTD for a stimulating and fun game. A game I would clearly pay 25 or so dollars for but thanks to this great website, it's free!

If you do not D/L this game, you are loosing out on one of the best reasons for following GAOTD

Well, I did it again. I meant to test and post something useful. 15 hours ago. So here I am posting when it's probably too late to do much good. In fact, I haven't even tested yet, but am posting because I've got a couple of pieces of info. that I hope will be helpful to previous posters.

For Montana Grandmom and Leon I know exactly what your problem is. I had the same problem with Crystal Cave Classic. Lead, as usual, by our excellent moderator, Whiterabbit, we discussed it when the Classic version was given away. Crystal Cave Classic was not written with the standard Windows proprietary video architecture code - Direct3D - but with the open source OpenGL architecture. As WR suggests, you need to go to your video card manufacturer's site. There you'll hopefully and look for the openGL drivers that will work with either your specific card, or a driver that will work with all that company's cards. I had exactly the same problem with the Classic version until I installed openGL. I'm sure this is the problem you're having with the current version.

For Ben, this won't help much, but it comes up frequently here. Unfortunately, your particular Windows Error Report is the one that there's no way we can't help you with on these pages. When you see "stackhash" in the Windows Error Report it means that WE Reporting couldn't identify the error. It's literally a message to a tech to take a look at the stackhash. In other words, to look at the memory dump that Windows Error Reporting created with the hopes that the tech can identify the error when WER couldn't. Sorry.

I love this game! I had gotten to the too hard levels in the Classic version. No problems with this one in operation either. I believe an Undo feature would be nice, maybe even 2 levels of Undo. It's great to have both versions of the game on my computer. Thanks you for another good one.

I'll just add two things:

1. It *might* be a good idea to do something to increase the difficulty for experienced players.

Perhaps count the time taken and the number of moves for each player, so people can try to better their friend or better their last game.

Or perhaps have an optional timer.

2. If you're targeting the children's market, parents buying for kids under 14, you should probably soften the bustline of the girl. It is a bit too pointy. Just a bit. But leave her busty, because we adults like a bit of sexiness. So full bust, but not pointy.

Have downloaded and installed twice - in both cases several of the .ogg files did not extract properly.

Try replacing the ogg files with some of your own music. You'll have to use a audio converter to do this. You can find some freeware versions in the Giveaway Freeware library.

Thank you Rake in Grass and GAOTD for today's game offer. My dsl download on Windows XP went very smoothly. Great allows a person to choose which drive to download to. Also, the automatic game activation made the whole process move very quickly.
The tutorial levels were extremely helpful with hand's-on learning of strategy and the game actual game play. The instruction before each level were easy to understand and follow.
The background scenes from the levels that I've completed so far are very nice, while the actual board itself is very colorful and interesting, keeping my attention and interest.
The levels are getting more challenging as I progress.
Great that you can easily restart a level, save, quit and restart the game at a later time.
This game allows you to use your brain, as to plan your moves - like the platform-puzzling qualities. Game would be good for older kids and adults. With no time-limits on the levels, you can take as long as you need to plot your moves.
Overall, I'd rate this game a thumbs-up, but do not know how to do this ... thank you for today's offer. Great challenge!

I am having the same issue, however, mine is not too old. I have an HP Elitebook 6930p running Windows 7 pro and I get the same results. I don't know how long I will put up with this cuz the jerky movement is really annoying. Any suggestions on how to fix this is appreciated.

Early in the game, but some minor suggestions and observations.

- Have the girl at the end of the level show the gems that were collected on that level, or at least a gem of the same colour.

- Give your sound engineer a pat on the back. Good selection and music.

- Animating some dust as blocks move might be a nice visual.

Cheers,
Retro

Ran the game on the same XP Pro SP2 system on which it had caused a crash before but this time with little else going on. Played a few new puzzles and exited the game. Refreshed a page in Firefox which had only two tabs open and closed FF. Then clicked on the taskbar again and just as the first time Windows crashed (black screen no video signal). My 640GB RAID-1 array on that system had just reached 50% rebuild after the first crash (it does that after an abnormal shutdown to check the array). Now it starts all over again. I'll have to leave the system on overnight to get this done within a reasonable amount of time. If I use the system normally with lots going on it can take many days before the array is fully synced again. It's too much of a hassle for me to risk playing the game on this system again . And it won't play on the Win7 system as I described earlier.

For me it's just not stable enough. Pity. The game was nice enough otherwise.

Installed it on an XP Pro SP2 machine. Played the 15 introduction levels. Quite liked it so far. When I clicked on the next level the game crashed. When after that I clicked on a task in the taskbar Windows crashed. To be fair I had quite a bit running at the time so that wouldn't have helped. Resources will have been low(ish). However when I run it on a Win7 Ultimate 32 bits machine with not much else running the game crashes at startup. Windows reports:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: cc.exe
Application Version: 0.0.0.0
Application Timestamp: 4aa4fcaf
Fault Module Name: StackHash_0a9e
Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0
Fault Module Timestamp: 00000000
Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Offset: 00000000

Tried WinXP compatibility modes SP3 and SP2 and checked running as Administrator (although current account has Admin status) but nothing helps so far.

Any suggestions?

I installed the game on a notebook with Windows 7 Professional 64-bit & a netbook with Windows 7 Professional 32-bit.

The 64-bit install went smoothly, with only the adjustments for install location & refusing the additional install of the Game Informer required.

The 32-bit install was another matter. After installation & activation, each attempt to start the game resulted in:
"Runtime Error!
Program: C:\My Games\CrystalCavesLostTreasures
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."

I removed the game from the 32-bit system (no uninstall option), redownloaded & still the same error. I pulled the downloaded file off the 64-bit system & used it to install the game, but had the same error. I even tried copying the installed folder from the 64-bit system to the 32-bit system & still had the same error. I'll continue to try to get it installed on the netbook, but so far it seems futile. Even though the netbook meets all reqs for the game (excluding having a newer OS), if I had to guess why this is happening, my guess would be the graphics of the netbook (64MB dedicated shared, 187MB total shared on a mobile Intel 945 express chipset)... although it works fine with over 20 casual games that were purchased through Popcap that have been installed on it. I'll keep trying later.

I am now swapping back over to testing on the 64-bit notebook. Once I made it to the options menu to make a few changes, the game was excellent. It looks as great & plays as well as any of the other Rake In Grass products I have tried before. If I had to pick anything negative to say about the game running on the 64-bit notebook, it would be how the game starts in full screen mode. When it does that, it creates a poor first impression of the game's graphics for anyone with an LCD screen not running at a native resolution of 1024x768. The 64-bit notebook has a 1920x1200 widescreen LCD. Not only did I experience a dithering effect, but also a rolling flicker while in full screen mode as the game started for the first time. Especially in this era of widescreen monitors & HD level resolutions becoming standard, Rake In Grass should either create the game with a dynamic resolution or set the default to windowed mode.

Overall, I would give this game a score of 90/100 for the 64-bit notebook install & a score of "undecided" for the failed 32-bit netbook installation. When installed properly, it is easy to learn & fun to play. It just needs a little more polish on the resolution options to be perfect. Once I get Crystal Cave Lost Treasures installed & running on the netbook, I will try to post a new review for it.

Glad to see you back, but I am having a problem...

I have installed it and received the activated message, but when I click on CC.exe, I receive

Runtime Error

Program:C:\Crystal_Cave_Lost_Treasure\cc.exe

The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's suuport tear for more information.

Any suggestions, I have already erased and reinstalled it 4 times and I have performed searches in both the regular folders and through Regedit to make sure all traces are gone in between each instalation for 'CC' and 'Crystal' and 'Cave' to no avail.

how about adding the backspace as an undo to the last movement ?

WOW! Delighted to get this Crystal Cave game! Sincere thanks to Rake In Grass: I loved the Classic game and I know I will love this one too!

Re 'thumbs up/down:' According to the QI Book of General Ignorance, p.92:
If death was desired, the thumbe was stuck up—like a drawn sword. For a loser's life to be spared, the thumb was tucked away inside the closed fist—as with a sheathed weapon.

Then drawn downwards towards the neck emulating the killing stroke that was used by Gladiators. The info I expound is from recent research of thousands of Bones found in a large gladitorial burial ground at Ephesus Turkey, where you'll find one of the largest ampitheatres in the world.

I need advice about un-installing the previous version.

I got the Classic version when that was given away. I'm not a serious gamer, so this one seemed more to my tastes.

I couldn't find an un-install for the previous version, nor could any of the fine GOTD utilities I've grabbed.

I installed this one to the same custom folder, where it's now residing in a sub-directory (.../CrystalCaveClassic/CrystalCave_Lost_Treasures).

I need to untangle this so that only Lost_Treasures survives.

................................Moderator Comment.....................................................

You need to cut and then paste the Lost Treasures folder to another location they you can just delete the version given away some time ago. It may be possible to combine the two games together. they are using the same shell. You could make a copy of both and see what happens,. Both games

Thanks for all help offered!

I wish I could find games that will be compatible with my Vista 64bit. I was sooo looking forward to get this one game. But alas... my puter said nope. I downloaded the game... followed the instruction and still got the black screen and had to do a hard boot to unfreeze my puter. I think I made a terrible mistake about buying this puter... I miss out in so many types of software from games to specialty softwares... *sigh.... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

@9: The installer is designed for one-click installs. All GGOTD packages that doesn't have proper installers will by default install into a folder under the default path C:\Games. So there's no worry of having files overwritten, because they will always install into their own folder.

@10: If your browser opens up an "activated" page, then it should be fine.

Installed on Vista HP 32-bit with no problem. Made sure that I temporarily turned Norton's SONAR coverage off while doing the install as an admin.

Very crisp and clean graphics. The initial tutorial was done well, and game play so far has been glitch-free and smooth. The background music suits the scene and isn't annoying; sound effects are very good. I haven't had any problem using either the cursor buttons or the pointer to control the character's movements.

Thanks for the change-of-pace game that requires us to have a brain that works and not just nimble fingers. ;->

Thank you for this great game! :)
It is very fun to play, the music is excellent, i love it. :)

I noticed that the boulders don't roll when pushed, which looks awkward to me, but that is a small matter, as it does not hinder playing.

When i got to Hidden Egypt level 4 and got stuck, though... when the boulder breaks the stone wall on the left of the row of three stone walls, it blocks the access to the remaining two diamonds, and i didn't find a way to move the boulder, nor make it fall somewhere else (i.e.: on the middle stone wall, so that i can push it before it falls down, just after it breaks the stone wall).

Any hint? Thank you! :)

Played this game from BFG when it first came out. It is a lot of fun, and I loved that you could skip around a bit if you found a level too difficult, so that you could complete it later.

I agree that the mouse controls are a bit tricky. I personally only use mouse with platformers or puzzle games if it is the only option, because it is always the case that you can easily point your character the wrong way. Keyboard controls work just fine. My only real improvement suggestion would be that it would be nice for the "Next Level" button to also be triggered by a keystroke, perhaps the SPACE bar.

Installed fine and played on Windows 7 64bit with no issues, no compatibility issues whatsoever.

Excellent looking and fun game. I spent over an hour playing it this morning and had to tear myself away, so I could begin my day. The puzzles start out semi-easy and progress to more challenging very quickly.
I really dont have any complaints or criticism of the game worth mentioning. I do find myself wondering if there will be a part2 or another version, maybe with some additional features added to increase the versatility of the puzzles.

Thankyou Rake In Grass for posting your game here. I'll definitely be checking out your other games when I get some time and bookmarked your site.

Thumbs down. I am afraid of caves. The Emperor or Rome agrees. He turns thumbs down on Gladiators. How did this thumb business get started anyhow? It's dumb.

....................Moderator Comment...................

I had to let this one through if only to expalain the origins of the thumbs down, though it wasn't technically a thumbs down initially. The emperors didn't actually give a thumbs down. what they were actually doing is indicating to the winner that the beaten gladiator was to be killed with a strike starting from the neck down through the clavicle and into the heart . The emperor would jerk his clenched fist with the thumb protruding; starting with his hand in a type of Nazi salute and point it to the area of the neck where the killing stroke was to be delivered.

This installs, activates and works fine on Windows 7. Easy to grasp and functions with the mouse completely if desired as well as the arrow keys and the touch screen.
Very nice intro graphics/music and win you complete a level including the ability to easily exit. The only suggestion I have for the maker is perhaps the ability to aquire (purchase - but very reasonable cost) additional levels.

Game is solid on Win 7 32x Ultimate. When installed it did throw up
a warning about not being installed properly. Then a last warn about
not being Microsoft standard. No matter. Just saying ok to those 2 sets up game fine. Make a CC shortcut. Ran thru tutorial screens.
Fun of this kind, like earlier version. Got a few more hints from tutorials. Thanks a heap for this one. I agree with #19 suggestions.

Yikes, if this is the "easy" version, I'm really going to be in trouble when I get back to the Classic game! Seriously, though, it is a lot of fun, and it makes me think. I'm not good at thinking out game moves very far in advance (yeah, I'm a terrible chess player; good thing I'm better at real-life situations of that sort), but it's fun trying.

The only problems I encountered were, as someone mentioned before, when you click on the question icon to re-display the goal of the level, it moves your player, unless she's up against a wall or somesuch. Also, for some reason I prefer to use the arrow keys with this type of game, and I keep hitting the wrong keys (I know, that's a player problem [!--operator error--!], not a game problem). And the level restart option is real handy when I get gobbled up (or is it crushed?) by monsters.

The game installed with no problem on my (slightly unstable since SP3 was inflicted on it) XP Pro system. Did have to fiddle a bit to get it to install where I wanted it, but worked out okay.

Thanks to Rake In Grass for another fun game.

This looks like a fun game, however, my computer must be too old to handle it. Downloaded and installed in what seemed to be a normal amount of time. (running XP) Was able to choose where I wanted it installed, found the cc.exe with no problem. However, it took almost 5 minutes to get through the intro (beautiful graphics, by the way)that moved one frame at a time. Music and sound effects moved at a normal speed so I heard the plane come and go before it even appeared on my screen! :) Once I got to the opening game screen where I had a cursor, it also moved in a choppy fashion that lagged way behind the mouse moves and clicks. I've had this issue with a few other games from other sites recently so figure it has to be my computer-NOT THE GAME. I won't subject myself to the frustration of trying to play any game when I encounter this issue (tried it once and almost through the computer out the window!).

So, sad and disappointed for myself, as I was so excited to see GGAOTD was back, but glad others are not having issues and enjoying the game!

(Trudy #10-I didn't get back to the GGAOTD page until I exited the game, but I did get it. Mine also said version 1.0 in the upper right corner)

Thank you for this game. This game is fun and it's challenging. I like games like this because they make me think. Some levels are easier than others. they're mixed together. This is not a game for someone who gets frustrated easily or doesn't like games that don't hold your hand each step of the way. This is a sit back and relax and just have fun type of game. I hope they continue to make this type of game.

Thanks again WhiteRabbit.

Suggestion for the developer:

You've included a simple and versatile levels editor with several of your games. Why not follow in the footsteps of Reflexives ‘Ricochet’ upload page. There's approaching 100 thousand downloadable custom made levels for that series of games. You could do the same with the Crystal Cave games. Create an upload page. Allow community members to rate each level and download what they want. Not only would it make the game more saleable it would draw potential customer to your web site. You could also enable access to all those uploaded levels directly via the game, as well as downloading then directly into the games level folders.

You could also extend the editor to allow all the available tiles to be edited using any simple paint program. Of course you'd have to ensure that the originals were backed up before any editing was carried out. This would enable a multitude of different patterned tiles. Creating a database of these custom tiles would also add more interest to those who like to make their own levels.

Create more themes from around the world which could be used to create more chapters, as well as fantasy themes, underground themes seascape themes and even space themes. We just need the right sort of tile sets to create them (e.g. Atlantis)

So, in trying to understand the new rules could you please clarify that people aren't allowed to say they don't like the game or anything negative about it? Aren't only positive reviews misleading? This part of the sentence from Post #1 is confusing " however phrases like this game is rubbish or I don’t like this game will be appreciated comments not following these rules WILL be deleted."

I certainly understand not wanting people to go overboard or make unnecessary comments, but I think feedback saying they don't like it and why would be important not only for people who are thinking of downloading the game, but for the people who made the game. Isn't feedback a way to find out how you are doing?

Thanks!

That's exactly what I was attempting to ask for above. Bear in mind I'd been up all night rewriting the review and then trying to pen the newe rules (after being given permission to by the owners). Please follow the link below to the appropriate post in the forums where I try to expalin what I'm trying to achieve here with these changes. I want to keep explanations away from the commnents section as they just create clutter that the developers are not going to be interested in.

I've edited my original post to clarify this

Game installs and attempts to run on Windows XP but is not fully compatible. I could not select the level to play because the game would not allow my mouse to function. The arrow keys had no effect on the cursor. The touch pad on my laptop also would not interact with the game. With no controls of any kinds any kind available, I have to give this game a thumbs down... looks interesting, but how can I tell what the game is actually like if I can't play it? :(

What a fun little game!
Have just went through the 15 demo levels. Nice graphics, sounds, instructions and play.
Installation was a bit rough as it never did show up in my download folder where all my downloads usually are saved. I am running windows 7 64 bit so there is a pop up for the download. I clicked on that after the download was complete and it opened up in the favorites section of my windows explorer (said it was in a temp file). I checked the readme but still could not find it in my C: folder; clicked on setup and let it run and install to the default C:/. navigated to that and clicked on the tiny cc.exe icon and the game installed without problem. I did get the popup that windows 7 has to reinstall the game properly, which I always select and have never had one not install so I could use it. I then got the Successfully Activated box and the forward to GGAOD site.
started up the game, went through the 15 Demo levels. Fun! very cute and just the type of game for me. The one surprise was the gasp! sound effect when I got near the 'monster' on the last demo level. It IS a gasp and startled me-also fun. I created a shortcut and put it with my other games and plan to play this a lot. I like that you can use the mouse as I usually do not get a game with only arrow keys-not fun for me.
I always appreciate an option for a special cursor or not-this had no option and is not a problem on this computer but on some, as my old one, a special cursor caused many problems.
There is a tiny flag in each level with a question mark. If your explorer is against a wall so she cannot move, then when you click on the flag, it will display the goal of the level. If your girl can move, she will move even if you click on the flag and the instructions will not display.
The X for escape will allow you to choose to quit, continue, restart the level-very handy.
Thanks for a very nice giveaway! I had to get a new pc last November and lost all my previous giveaway games and am looking forward to them coming around again.:)

As Marshall said in 9, installed fine in win7 x64 for me, I installed into the Program Files (x86) folder. It seems to default to the directory that was last used by the installer, so make sure you change it if that's not where you want to install to.

Play seems good, only got a few levels into the tutorial. Found that I could change the Player names to my own by creating a new file, which asks if you want to delete the one that's highlighted, and then you can type in the name you'd like.

Instalei no Windows Vista 32 bits e funcionou perfeitamente. É muito divertido e fácil de jogar. O mais difícil é conseguir parar de jogar. Tem opções para alguns idiomas e vem com um editor de fases. Recomendo.

Translated from Portugese:

I installed Windows Vista 32 bit and it worked perfectly. It is very fun and easy to play. The hardest thing is to stop playing. It has options for some language and comes with a level editor. Recommend.

In my case the default install was to C:\paravirtman\Crystal_Cave_Lost_Treasures\ - it took a while to locate the cc.exe.
The controls are truly arrow keys, for some reason arrows on numpad don't work.
Nice 'boulder dash' type game anyways!

One of the best game I've played so far. Really a must, for those of you that like to think more than shoot!
It is somewhat easier than Crystal Cave Classic (given here in the past), but some levels are really difficult. Give it a try!

Yes this game was specifically aimed at casual gamers hence the easier levels compared to the original giveaway back in November last year and another one prior to that.

Usually there has been a link that opens to the GGOTD site after the downloaded game has been installed and activated verifying that the game has been activated - something like "your/the games is now activated...". This time that was not there and I'm wondering if the game has truly been activated and how do I "know" this without the visual verification?

Thanks

Installed & ran OK on Win 7 x64, I am the administrator. A minor point, the installer adds "Crystal_Caves_Lost_treasures" to the end of what ever path you select for the installation. On very limited use, I like the music. I would like to mention again the importance, to me, of Whiterabbit-uk's reviews & explanations. Without them I probably wouldn't be downloading any of these games, or at least many fewer. But then, I'm not much of a game player.

This is a very cute and enjoyable Boulderdash spin-off. It's not a direct clone because it introduces cool new features, but it does stay true to its roots.

I want to take the time to comment on this game. I found it to be suprisingly enjoyable. I say "suprisingly" as I am a hardcore console gamer. I play everything from Guitar Hero/Rockband to COD to Nascar. I have owned just about every system starting with an ODESSY thru Atari up to the current gen of consoles/games. About 30yrs or so of gaming. My point being that I feel like I've seen it all before. Yet somehow I found this game to be quite addictive. I really like the addition of the level editor. It's a nice touch that will probably hold my attention far longer than the game itself. Although, I also found some of the puzzle items to be unique and fresh such as the "flip switch" which inverts the level. The only negative comment I could make is that I found it to be quite easy, but I can't be sure that everyone would find this to be the case. I would prefer some levels that make me stare at the screen in bewilderment. (I like a challenge LOL). But that's where the level editor is nice, as I can make my own "impossible" scenarios. Overall, I like the animations and style of the game. Very nice intro, but I can't comment on the music/sound as everyone else here is sleeping so I played with the sound muted. On the whole, I would recommend this game to anyone looking to kill a couple hours with a cute puzzler that is fit for gamers of all ages. Thanks for the freebie, and keep up the good work.

Please read post #1 before you post anything. I don't want to have to delete posts, but if they don't comply with the ruling above they will be deleted. thank you.
