An exciting game where you act as a soldier facing other soldiers in the city.

There is a great tidying up in the flat: all the windows should be washed, dirty clothes should be laundered and all the toys are to be put in order and in their proper places.

Tommy considers that he is rather old, that is why he promises to parents to clean his room himself. But what's up with those colored cubes? They got out of hand and won't stay on their places.

Help little Tommy shoot down all of them and keep the room in perfect order!

I am not really interested in collapse-type games, but this one does look good for the kids. If you want to see where DG shines, try the Travelogue games. Excellent seek and finds. In MHO, the complainers are simply trying to let GGOTD know what they would like to see or not see, which should help GGOTD, and the others are helpful in commenting on the software. It is easy enough to not read the comments and simply add your own at the end. Thanks GGOTD.

my 4 year old nephew was bored to tears with this game. It had no entertainment value at all. I uninstalled it right after trying it out. Thank you to giveaway of the day but no thanks to the author of this boring game.

all these casual who havent played a game in there life complain about us expressing our opinion, and last time I checked good dae, that was a freedom too hipocrite. Irony, its just so wonderful when it happens

you people are illogical,If You would listen,I would reccomend some games to you, even childrens games, there lots of them, and a lot of free ones to,so just stop it with this nonsense
Go to gamehippo ,theres lots of quality stuff there, and its free, always has been.

Besides, If you actualy got past your own ignorance, youd freaking relaise were not criticizing the site or the fact that its on here, read our comments, actualy glance at them before you decide somethings dumb. Most of the time were criticising the game,or reviewing it,I compare it to other games, its not a matter if its free or not,I still have standards Even if somethings free.

And Id love one of you to please argue with me,debate a point, dont just ignore me cause I shoot down your points, defend yourself. And dont just use the same things over and over again, the "its free" arguement has been shot down a million times over and over again,so if you cant think of anything else to debate, admit your fallacys.

anyway, keep the games coming GAGOTD,I dont care if there good or bad,but I do want one thats good ,but If I dont get one any time soon, thank you for your services :-D

Its a shame that DG doesnt look at these comments,Id love to point them to some seminars about game desighn,or some speeches by will right, those are all about coming up with something original.

I think it would be interesting to see what they came up with if they actualy tryed to make something near the indie/pop-cap games quality of casual gaming.

I will pass on the latest Doubleganes game. i'm looking forward to a game that is not either a Doublegames or a Mercom offering, I think we would like something else for now. Something... anything. I personally would love to see more of Alowar.

I am so glad to see you back WhiteRabbit. I count on you and Bladed Thoth to help me decide whether or not a Giveaway is feasible for me. I am a computer fanatic but totally naive as to how and why things work. I hope you had an enjoyable holiday.
I know this belongs rightly in the forums, but I don't know how they operate so I am afraid I must use this venue.

OK, not all of the audience here really cares for these kiddie games. But I would guess to say that about 40% of this audience, has kids you have their own computer, and you come out a winner if you dl these kiddie games for them. Most kids don't know to check this site out daily, as there just might be a game they like and will play for the next month or so (keeps them out of your hair for a while).

And they are FREE !! .

Oh well, thanks for the effort GAOTD, but I guess you can't please everyone.

My 4 year old got a kick out of it for a while. I enjoy the free time-killers I get here, whether they're massively violent war games like it seems most of the commenters want, or just little silly things like this one. There are certainly worse games out there than this. It's great to get a variety - my husband likes the war games, I like the puzzle games, my children like the silly Doublegames.

Thank you! I like getting games that the grandkids can play. I don't play games on the computer so they need something to do on their computer sometimes at Grandma's. This is one game that they will enjoy I believe.

WHEN will most of you ****** get the idea that some of these games are for KIDS and no one expects you to like them or try them. If you pass, pass. But don't subject the rest of us to your inane Doublegame's comments. ENOUGH already...sick to death of hearing about how much you hate Doublegames. WE KNOW ...WE KNOW!! If you want to give an honest critique of a game, please do so, if not ,please shut up! I come here to hear real critique of the game itself, not this babble.

Actually, regarding comments implying that parents mustn’t be very caring if they allow access to mindless crap, and also implying that today’s game giveaway is mindless crap and that because of this their kids are somewhat mentally retarded is rather a bold statement. How old are you that make such a comment? I won’t demean myself to guess as it must be obvious........ My son (aged 8) has a reading age several years above his peers (he was able to read books at the age of 2) and my daughter who is in year 1 (aged 6) is being put in year 3 following this summer break because she is well ahead of her peers. Both my kids are thoughtful and intelligent, and choose their own games from what we allow them to play. Quite a few of the Double Games have been enjoyed by them. Of course we all have our own opinions and are entitled to them, but that doesn't give you the right to make assumptions and insult about others just because you disagree with what they say.

Most games are mindless fun, but I don't call them crap, bcause that’s the waste from what was good. :)

Have a great day folks.

Gah, Doublegames again. While yes, they are coming out with new games, and it may not be fair that we stereotype all their games so far, Doublegames has broken every record in worse games categories. They will make a remix on any game on any theme and still make it poorly. Today's giveaway just isn't me today. Thanks, GOTD, anyrate.

Thank you GGOTD!! My kids are always trying to play adult versions of collapse and the blocks are alway too small. This one they can play. I will download this one a 2nd time on our other computer so they both can play at the same time!!

Please don't thumbs down just because it's Double Games. Give them a chance, if the game isn't your style, just come back tomorrow.

To those who say we should be "more considerate for those who might want this kind of games for their little children": How can anybody who gives a damn about their kids give them access to mindless crap like this? Bet those same people complain that their kids don't do so well in school and that it's all a big conspiracy against their little darling because he can't read or do math.

Ooh, everybody is really bashing Doublegames today. I say we need to just give them a chance. I dont do games all that much, but there is one game I used to play that was made by Doublegams. I dont have the game now since I eventually got tired og it. I think Doublegames is a fiarly new company. I will pass on this particular one. Ass far as I am concerned, keep up the good work Doublegames! #12 does have some good suggestions fot game themes. Also, we the games written for Vista too. I would be willing to bet that maybe one in a million use Windows 98 now.

Please note this site is called "Giveaway Of The Day."

It is not called "Force-A-Game-On-You Of The Day."

The games given are free IF YOU WANT THEM. To download is OPTIONAL. This means you have a choice. Got that?

The comments facility is intended for people to comment on the game after they have downloaded and tried it, even if it's a poor effort, which many of them are it's true. Why is that so difficult to understand?

Oh, wait a minute....... I get it: Some people just like a good rant. Right?

Yes, DoubleGames should next clone the 1982 game "Tooth Invaders" (no, the original wasn't very good either.)

This is an excellent version of breakout with a novel way of destroying groups of blocks using a water pistol; that's ideal for 4 to 6 year olds and maybe a little older. The graphics are adorable and the music appropriate (IMO).

Before you decide to ignore today’s give away because it's distributed by double games; if you have children, do try it out first.

For playability, graphics and music I give this 5 out of 10 but will add one more to make it 6 because I'm only human and my judgement is often affected by others comments. Double Games more often than not will always get a less than welcome reception here; which is a great shame, because they have given away a large number of reasonable children’s games, as well as card games, that had hardly been represented on giveaway of the day prior to Double Games arriving on the scene.

Thank you double Games for your continued support despite the comments and to the Games giveaway team for the continued free giveaways. I actually missed visiting this site while I was on holiday, and did miss several games and applications I would have liked to try out.

Have a great day folks :)

game sugestions:

Hairspray---Sissy's hair won't stay in place. Try to spray her hair fastly in place before the rain and wind destroy it.

Molar Mouth---be the dentist to drill and fill the teeth before they rot out of the mouth and gum disease sets in.

My Neighbor's a Moron---stack the colored blocks to build a wall between you. Allign colors together to make the wall stronger before the neighbor knocks them down.

Fart in a Space Suit---requires special add-on "scent-maker" hardware. The sound effects are a laugh riot as you amuse family and friends in this player-player contest to see who can do the longest, the loudest or the smelliest.

Where's My Glasses---Grandpa lost his glasses again. Help him search through different rooms. Each room is progressively more difficult with stunning graphics to challenge your own eyes.

Double Game---A remarkably innovative approach in game design. You will feel totally frustrated by the primative simplicity, inane graphics and other hidden special features. A bargain at only $14.95.

I agree with Adam on this one, Lawie. No comments have said "Sheesh, another toddler game.", they're all observations about the game itself.

I'll say "No thanks" to this one too, because it's another Collapse clone and there are plenty of them out there, and many are free. I come to GGOTD because occasionally they put up a gem that is just not available through the "classic games" sections for Shockwave, Flash or other media. That doesn't mean I'm not appreciative of the site when such games aren't available, just that I choose not to download them, particularly when they're from a company that I get the impression specializes in low-quality knock-offs.

You should implement thumbs up/ down for comments (as in giveawayoftheday.com website).

The least thing it will do is provide some interest to the readers and point out the valuable comments. Lets see whats stopping you to do that.

Lawie: It's not that (most) people don't want games that are appropriate for younger players, it's that DoubleGames releases tend to be _really bad_ clones of other games. (This week it's a bad clone of Collapse.) We're constantly amazed that they normally charge for this stuff.

Not all games are "suitable" for this audience of giveaway, some actually are for the young kids.. Ok , it's not the best game that could be brought out, but hey, if someone, even likes it, its a succes ! Sooo, try to be more considerate for those who might want this kind of games for their little children.

You can all clearly see this is not for adults. try to look a bit more objective, than ONLY give subjective views on this game. And if you don't like it, fine, but dont rant about it. I'm not saying you can't have an own opinion, but please. just say you don't like and stop the freaking ranting.
