Downloaded, installed, activated as usual, but this game won't play on my windows xp. it opens but closes again when i select play.
Am i the only one with this problem??

I enjoyed this game and was really happy to see it here, a nice change of pace. Problems I had were that I felt that there were too many bombs. Also I had a lot of trouble with jumping, I couldn't easily figure that out or control it very well. Especially with those bouncy pads, they don't seem to work very well. I don't think I would buy this for myself but I think kids would like it. thank you!

I like this game. No problems with download or install. I would like it better if I had the full screen/windowed option better. A couple of friends and I like to play games while chatting on IM's and full screen won't let us do that. The more options a game gives me, the happier I am with it. I don't want to listen to most game sounds. Animated cursors and some animation effects cause my pc to be overloaded and freeze. So anything I can do to optimise my game playing is heartily appreciated!

Can you use a game controller with it, I can't stand games that use the keyboard.?

Thanks for another great game that was easily installed and plays just fine on Windows XP. Yes, it may be a great one for the kids, but try playing the two-players with adults = spouse and I had a great time! Mario-like in actions, cute music and first level has great instructions. This one is a keeper just because you can have two-players. Thanks !

The game was rather fun, and I normally like games like this. However, the scrolling made me a bit motion sick. If you are prone to be motion sick from a game, don't try this one. I wish it didn't do that to me, because otherwise I could spend hours playing this.

I had a demo of this a long time ago and now I appreciate the full version. Simple fun with excellent graphics and not unpleasant sound. I haven't got time to play much to find out if I can pass the level #16 Donald is having trouble with. Hopefully he'll figure out to use the bombs to his advantage. That's the fun of Chebo Man I think, discovering how to outsmart the glass walkways, time bombs, etc.

If folks are having trouble jumping high enough - try hitting your up arrow several times rapidly at different speeds or rhythms(you'll jump higher).

The graphics/music/gameplay are smooth on XP - 1 year old decent computer.

OK retro platformer for the very easily entertained. It's colourful and cheery, but there's nothing more to do, at least at first, than headbutt blocks to collect coins. Will gain more favour with undemanding little kids than adult gamers, the latter of whom probably won't spare much of their time for this mindless, limited diversion.

Major problem: Unless I'm stupid or impetuous, the game effectively ends in level 3, at the point where a bomb triggers a row of further explosions. The resulting gap is too small to go through with the character. Not that I really care, but this is either a serious glitch, or I didn't stick around long enough to figure out a way.

Thumbs down for this one, I´ve had sound issues during the menu and game and I got stuck in phase 2 and there isn´t a way to go through it. Besides, the game seems to target kids, although this isn´t something bad.

This is a fun game. It's always so nice to see an Alawar game. I know there has been a lot of them lately but to me there can never be too much. I don't understand why some people are starting to complain about the Alawar downloads. It seems to me that the non Alawar games lately have not been that great. (With the exception of the nice Realore game) Unless you really liked Sqiek or Nuts and Scrap. I didn't care for either one. Thank you very much GGAOTD for all the great games. Thank you Alawar Entertainment. You are most kind to us.

Downloaded and clicked on the zip file. It says The compressed Folder is Invalid or Corrupted. First time I've had a problem downloading, so what do I do now????

Nice enough game for the kids, even though "CheboMan" sounds like someone who'd try to sell them a bag of weed.

This is an excellent game. My only complaint is that if I jump straight up, I can't move left or right while in the air. I have to be running while I jump. Otherwise, gameplay, graphics, and entertainment are easily on par with Mario. If you like Mario, you'll like this game, guaranteed. I only found these sites 2 days ago, but Cheboman has solidified gotd and ggotd as my favorite daily visits.

P.S. For anyone that has trouble with procrastination, playing a level of this game is an excellent reward for getting some undesirable task done.

I have to agree, this game has the worst graphs I've ever seen hehe. Anyway, cute game and runs fine. Not really my cup of tea but this is a great one for my friends 5 year old.

Cute Game. The kids love it. Even my wife loved it. No problems during installation. Worked well on Xp and Vista. Definitely recommend this one, specially for the little ones. A++

Hey, i downloaded and tried this game.

Easily installed it. I was amazed at the complexity of the menus during the pre-game startup [options, players, settings, etc.]. Complexity-> not meaning hard, but meaning very detaled, cool, and animated. The game itself has great graphics- yet no option to change screen resolution [which is probably at 800x600 or 1024x768].

The sound is really good- with the exception of the little yellow guys laughing all the time! It kinda destracts me. I am joking- its cute and funny.

gameplay is good and smooth in this side scroller @ core duo 2ghz 2 Gig Ram. hehe.

Over all it is a very nice game, seeming that the developer waited till this one was fully finished before putting it out. It does remind me of super mario brothers. After alittle bit into the game, i did start to see new enemy buggers enter into scene. I got to the end of the first episode, and almost to some sort of 'BOSS' villian [i dont know- i choked my last yellow dude]. kinda reminded me of the castle at the end of the levels of Super M.

I use to love Supermario brothers, and would play it nowadays-> except for the quality of the games like this one that have spoiled my eyes [graphics].

hmmm $15? buy it.

note to developer: super mario brothers had secret blocks and scences that became common knowlege between kids back then. Thats what made it fun "did you know there is a vine there?". Another thing, i didnt like all the "bombs". To many bombs, with no legitamite place to go. I felt myself skippin the "blocks to hit" because of the stupid bombs.

Fun game... but very bad graphs.

downloaded and installed just fine. runs well on windows 2000. really nice art..reminds me of collage work with fabric and small stones. great textures. plays smoothly , and with 3 levels of play; easy,medium and hard , there should be a wide range of play. i like cheboman..he is kind of funny looking ( being squat and yellow ), but he is not offensive. there is no gore (at least, as far as i have seen ). when he dies, he grows wings and flies. the game itself ; you jump or fly and try to collect coins while traveling through a variety of landscapes. very suitable for kinder and grown-ups . thank-you for such a pleasant game.
