The usual readme-file is missing. After unzipping the downloaded file, you also don't find a setup-file. So I guess it's a "portable file game"? But in my case at least, the file won't start but enters an endless loop so that the whole Windows Explorer has to be restarted. I tried it several times, also with administrator rights.
