I still dont know why all of my prgrams were in my add/remove programs one day then the next they were all gone.Does anyone know a cause for this?Any way to fix it? Its not just stuff I downloaded here,its like 80 percent of every program I had.For those who dont know what Im ta;lking about read #41.

Also I restored my computer like a year ago and I still have most of my prgrams but after I restored,they no longer showed up in add/remove programs...but thats a different time frame. Anyways,any help would be greatly apperciated!

Excuse me for not having an orgasm over the fact that I was offered another lame Brave Dwarves expansion pack. You people who love these games fail to understand that just because YOU (or your 2 year old) love them doesn't mean everyone else will, and it also doesn't mean that everyone else HAS to love them either. Honestly, why does it bother you people so much that my (and other people who are sick and tired of Brave Dwarves) opinions differ from yours? Get a freaking life. We don't tell you how to comment on these games, so stop trying to tell us what we can and can't say.

Ditto to all the positive comments. Shame on the whinners. ITS FREE! I personally do not like games that have to be played using the key board. I use the key board to write letters and email. I like Mouse to play games. Please Dwarve writers, concider writing in an option to use mouse controll. This is my only suggestion for improving your game. Thank you and goodnight.

Well, if you compare this game to some of the older shareware platform games of the genre (e.g. Jazz Jack Rabbit, Jill of the Jungle, etc) the graphics isn't half bad.

I LOVE BD!!! This is actually the first day on this site, and I love prev versions of BD, though the 3-d ones were much better than the current 2-d incaarnations (though game play is pretty much identical)

My kids love it too!

It did the same thing to me - and the developers should be made aware. Hope they see this. It locked up when I left the box ticked in the Install process that said something like "Open Brave Dwarfs now." I had to cold boot to get out of it. NOT good. HOWEVER, it opened just fine from the desktop icon afterwards.

Can't say how it might have played as this is not my type of game. Just testing it opening for the grandkids.

Ok, so I have actually downloaded and played this game. I have to say that in my opinion there isn't anything special. It's a platform game that has some nice twists and puzzles. The default controls are a bit awkward.

Would I download another Brave Dwarves? I don't know. Probably not.

Graphics - 7/10

Gameplay - 4/10
Replayability - 1/10

It sucks to see Brave Dwarves once a week on here... How about something with more actions, like a shoot 'em up games, or third person games, maybe a RPG... These kiddy games drivin' me nuts...

I thought GGOTD was a site for people to review the games that are offered, to find bugs or technical problems. Something constructive the developers could use. This is not a site for requesting games you want or complaining about the ones offered. There are lots of other free game sites, go there to complain that you don't like the games. This is getting boring, and not helpful at all!

Thank you! While I realize how frustrated some of the regulars are by seeing yet another Brave Dwarves pack, I'm actually glad you're bringing them out. My kids LOVE this game, and I recently had to reformat my hard drive and lost all of the other versions we'd downloaded.

It's really disappointing to see how truly ungrateful people have become. This is a FREE service to all of us, yet folks have to gripe, p*ss, and moan because they didn't get a game they wanted. It's FREE people!! Please lighten up a bit! What are you going to say when they take the site away forever and leave you scrambling trying to find a trustworthy site to download from again? Huh?

Be grateful....download it if you like it, don't download it if you don't and move on with your day (hopefully it's a nice day!!).

Yesterday's game took 17 hours and 26 minutes to download. Today's game only took 16 hours and 57 minutes to download. The problem was not with the software, but with the site that couldn't be accessed for much of the day. Hopefully this condition will not be repeated so that I can download a dozen more dwarfs games.

Won't give these BD games a rating because I have not tried them. And I will not give it a thumbs down rating just because BD games have been offered so often, but, I do wish there were as many Alien Shooter games given to us! :-D
Or, better yet, how about Alien Shooter vs Brave Dwarves!? Blastin' those BD buggers into a bloody pulp-like substance onto the hallway floor would be pleasing, would it not?
Anywhooo... keep on offering us what you can GAOTD! We may not need/like every offering, but the price is right for those apps n' games we do find to be keepers. There have been some real gems in the past! >Thumbs up!

I downloaded the new offering a couple hours ago and have been happily playing away, that little dwarf bouncing his heart out for all those gems and treasure! The game runs flawlessly, the graphics are excellent, the play enjoyable. This one has lots of levels to work through and portals to work through to find your way around the maze and levels. Different from some of the other Dwarves games in difficulty, which makes it that much more fun. Thank you for another in this series. I look forward to the next one!

And for those who don't download and try the game and just put in negative comments because it isn't your style of game... shame on you! Go to the forums and post your suggestions there instead of filling up the comment section here where people expect to hear about the playability of the game, not your tastes. I don't like the shooter games, you don't see me going in and trashing those offerings. If I don't like the type of game I just come back and look the next day. Geez!

I downloaded and will keep this game. However when I search my Gameovergames folder for games that I receiver fron GAOTD, all I see are BD games. Is that all Gameovergames has to offer or is this all they are willing to give up? Their website lists plenty of games. Why only give us BD games? Why not give us something... amything new? Also I agree with other users about not being able to complain about something that is given free. Just because it's free doesn't make it great. I see a lot of freeware I would not waste my time with. Being free and being great are two different things. I like this site and I think they do a great service. I have over 1 GB of games and some excellent tools to show for it. I will come here every day and I would encourage everyone to do the same. I would just ask the publisher to give us something new. We've seen and played the Brave Dwarves game. Give us something else.

I wish I had been able to download yesterday's game, too, but GOTD's website was down every time I tried. I tried several times with both IE and Firefox to no avail.

I will not download today's offering, i have enough brave dwarves.

Again: it is FREE. Constant complaining could result in not only no more BD, but NO free games at all. Would you continue to offer something free to someone who always complained about it? Your rights are to download a free game or not; or spend your money and buy what you want. I don't like BD, and maybe there are too many being offered, but it only takes a click to see what is offered and another click to close the window if I don't like it (or a click or two to download it if I do). Not much expended for a free game I do like every once in a while. Yes, it also is your right to sound off and complain, but keep in mind, rather than try to placate the many complainers by offering something different, GOATD could just quit offering any free games. A simple thumbs down tells them you don't like it.

Hi, all, GGOTD and GameOverGames come through with another hit with this brave dwarves series. The graphics are professional, the action is well-paced, and the story is engaging. My one criticism is that there should be a mouse control. Installed easily on XP, and game did not freeze on opening. Thank you!

For those of you complaining and leaving negative comments that you're bored with too many Dwarves offerings, PLEASE GO TO THE FORUMS to do this, or give the day's download and your comments a skip till tomorrow. This particular area is to critique the actual operation of the software itself. That means, you need to have already downloaded it and tested it, which is your half of the free giveaway agreement. It doesn't mean that you leave a negative for platform games, don't like dwarves any more, or thanks but no thanks comments. Remember that the developers need constructive criticism, and that other developers of other games that you personally may like very much, will not be inclined to partner with GGOTD if all they see is people not downloading the games and bitching about the selection instead of constructive comments on the software itself.

I too am not a fan of brave dwarfs but feel very spoilt as I have gotten both the sudoku and kakuro games in the very recent past and love them both!
We all have different tastes so it's fine by me to offer a variety!
#43..I saw that you were worried about the games not being in your add/remove programs area ..
If you look in the folder where your game is unzipped into, there is usually an un-install button that will remove the software.

Unlike most everyone else, I like the brave dwarves. My children (7 and 5) love to play it and are very excited a new one is out. The game really isn't for me but hey its free so how can you complain? No wait, I'm actually asking all the complainers out there how they have the nerve to complain about a FREE program? If you don't like it, don't download it. There have been a lot of games I didn't like but instead of wasting my time complaining, I didn't download it. You should be grateful this site offers a FREE game and a FREE software download everyday instead of complaining its not exactly what YOU want. Quit being so selfish, grow up and be thankful you have the option whether or not you want to download it each day or not.

Congratulations to all those that love the 'Brave Dwarves' series, I'm sure you're all ecstatic today.

I've collected these for my son (age 27,) in the past, however he no longer wants any more 'additions' and I personally don't enjoy or play them myself, because of their 'keyboard only' controls.

I'm happy that platform gamers are happy today and I thank Game Over games for their genorosity in providing these updates for BD players. ;) I do have a question though; will you ever be offering any other (non-BD) games to us at all?

Thanks GotD for your ongoing efforts in trying to execute this initiative on a long term basis - as I've said before, it can't be an easy task.

I tried all night to get on this site,but evertime I tried "page cant be displayed" poped up.I finnaly am able to get on,WOOT!...so last night I checked my add/remove programs and I noticed everthing I downloaded here is not in there? How will I be able to delete the software that I dont want? I didnt restore my computer or anything so I dont know what went wrong. Could someone please help?

Well I'm with most of you on this one. I think that was enough dwarfs for one year when you gave away the last one. Now here comes another one?! I'm still playing the alien shooter game(now where is the expansion pack for that one). I don't think these dwarfs will make the 'download list' for me. Too many expansion packs.

Certainly a welcome pack , I enjoyed these games so much I spend about six hours aday playing these games , my wife has filed for divoce and I have lost touch with the kids. the other day my youngest child ask his mommy if I was a new computer componet ? I guess after seeing their dad sitting at the desk day in and day out pl;aying magic draves for hours and hours on end leave them with no choice but to wonder ,. just wanted you all to know my life is in shambles because of "the dwarfes add packs" can't get enough send them on I will take them all !!! slurp! I love those dwarves send em plaease tomorrow will be to late.

#22 - Every time the shop is open, if you are able to buy health (the heart), astral rain, and/or the whirpool thing, do it. Every time you go into a new "room", use the astral rain or the whirlpool immediately to get rid of the bad guys. I also save my game as soon as I get another life so that I can just start from there if I run into trouble.

I never get tired of these game! Seriously! I love Brickshooter, Flowers, the Snowy game, and DNA the best, but I think #14 is right - we cut our teeth on this kind of game, so it has sentimental value to me.

#25 - with all the VERY vocal negative people here, I don't find it surprising that the average person is afraid to say they like either a Doublegames or a Dwarf game.

Thanks one more time for this game. I am beggining to think that these Dwarves are like Pokemon creatures. You have to collect them all! My goal is to have a full basic set of 102 dwarves games, then I will be moving into jungle or fossil dwalves.

Hey, it beats another Doublegames offering.

I check giveawayoftheday offers daily, and like to read reviews that tell me about the software being offered. Brave Dwarves may not be for everybody, but it's better game play than some that were on here. I prefer: the scrolling action as opposed to standing in one spot...the walking and jumping as opposed to mindlessly lining up three or more blocks or bubbles of one color...I could go on and on. My grandkids love the fact that this site is available for anyone to get free games and software. My kids have found useful software they would not otherwise have, as have I, and my grandkids know they'd never get bored at Grandma's. If I don't like or need the daily offerings, I go away until the next day without leaving bashing, inane comments. I come everyday hopeful, and am very grateful this place exists. But from today forward, I don't think I'll be reading the comments so much. I believed the comments were for actual remarks regarding the software usage or gameplay features. And YES, I will continue to download games with dwarves and play those two levels I didn't have before.

I wish gameover Games would be a game over or at least offer all of the dwarves packs in one release so our computers wouldn't be cluttered up.

Not another Dwarves Pack I installed 2 different version before, but I quit after that. I can't stand cluttering my PC up with useless games such as these. I do apologize for the small rant since I truly applaud GAOTD for the excellent games for the past, especially the last 3 days.

I wish Ingenious and Glpyh would be released for download here since they're awesome games and I'd like to provide an official review. While the other games were great too. Those two games would really be appreciated.
