Beach Run is a relatively easy runner game, with a scantily clad female cycling along a road covered with obstacles such as holes in the ground, stop barriers, police officers, clouds, traffic bollards, giant toothy jaws, rocks and other runners, though make sure you pick up the columns of credits.

Move from left or right using the A & D keys. You can move across five lanes. The control page says the WASD and left mouse button are used, but I didn't find a use for the LMB . Menus are accessed using the up & down arrow keys or the W & S keys, then enter to access the chose menu item. You can bring up the main menu by pressing Esc.

Notes on Security
I scanned a zipped copy of the installed game using Virus Total and it found zero hits from 62 antimalware engines. You can see the security scan of the installed game HERE.

Today's game seems like a cross of different games. Most notably Mach Rider for the NES which is an under-rated gem in my opinion and Road Blasters from the arcade, another highly rated arcade gem.

The only thing is that in this game, you don't shoot out projectiles. you just go the distance to collect items and go further into the game where more obstacles populate onto the road. Hit too many of them and the game is over.

There is only minimal control to this game as it scrolls automatically up the screen but it's fine using the WASD keys and is uncomplicated for this game.

One thing I ran into an issue is wanting to use full screen mode. I found getting into the Options menu was easy but was unable to find myself to get out of that area. I had to ALT F4 the game and start over again. FYI Alt and Enter allowed me full screen but started the game right away.

Despite the technical glitches this game has, it still manages to capture the idea of many retro style games and you will find it enjoyable to replay over and over again.
