Asian Mahjong was available as a giveaway on January 20, 2024!
Exclusive offer from Giveaway of the Day and ToomkyGames! No third-party advertising and browser add-ons!
Take part in a Asian Mahjong. Complete over 100 unique levels of different difficulty and dynamics to gain experience and earn points. Plunge yourself into the myriads of special tiles! Improve your rank and progress through the game hierarchy.
The main protagonist, who is a real fan of Mahjong, decides to take part in Asian Mahjong Puzzle. The objective of each level is to remove all of the special tiles from the game board. There are many such tiles in Asian Mahjong, which makes the game even more entertaining and adds variety to the level design (e.g. levels with floating special titles).
Levels are balanced according to the number of suits: there are classic layouts with the full set of 7 suits and there are also levels that can be completed faster due to the limited number of suits.
-120 unique levels
-More than 6 hours of gameplay
-12 trophies
-Comic-style storyline
-Stunning 2D graphics
-Meditation music

As someone who plays the REAL Mah Jong game, I do get fed up with these games calling themselves "Mah Jong" when in reality, they are just a form of Pelmanism; and nothing to do with the actual Mah Jong game. The only reason they call themselves "Mah Jong" is because they use Mah Jong tiles.
I'm not aware of any computer versions of the real Mah Jong game, but if anyone is aware of one, please let me know!

Cad Delworth, Google "Four Winds Mahjong", I think that was the one I used to play on my PC that was the ACTUAL Mahjong (vs this type, which I think of as Shanghai). That might be at least a place to start. :)

Cad Delworth, There is a game called Mahjong Game of Four Winds by a developer called Berrie Bloem unfortunately it appears the developer went out of business it appears but it appears on several download sites. This game was a Windows 98 game not sure if it still runs today. On Steam there is a game called Mahjong Pretty Girls Battle that also follows the traditional game although its a mature game.
