Your task is to eliminate all vulnerabilities-portals in the system (red dots) when faced with them - after that all viruses will be destroyed. Antivirus Cat was created with Game Maker studio; and, is basically the same mechanic as yesterdays game except instead of picking up fruit you have to destroy all vulnerability portals in the system (these are represented by red dots),. Once this is done the virus' are destroyed. If a virus touches you, part of your health is taken away. If a virus touches you five times you are deactivated and have to start the level again. As with yesterdays game the levels get progressively harder, but there are only five levels to beat. This would have been more like a full version game if the two games i.e. Antivirus Cat and Fruit Runik, were combined and then the number of levels doubled. As it stands it feels more like a short demo than a full version game.

All key bindings are locked. You can see the bindings when you first boot up the game. (see the first image above}.

Notes on Security

I scanned a zipped copy of the installed game using Virus Total and it found zero hits from ? antimalware engines.

The downloaded executable 'may' include some low level adware that only opens your browser once to Falcoware's home page after the game has installed and also places four shortcuts onto your desktop (which can be safely deleted once the game has installed).

The installation does NOT inject any malware into your system. When your browser is opened to Falcoware's home page following the games installation, it earns Falcoware games some money, part of which is given to the developer of the game for allowing the game to be given away free. Once you've installed the game, there are no more browser redirections. This is because Falcoware removed their installer over a year ago (that installer would show an advert for a game and then open your browser each time you played and then closed the game down.)

I've been playing the game regularly since June this year (accruing over 600 hours of game play). I've found playing with friends much more enjoyable.

The best Indie Bundles sites that have been operating from around 2011 are the Humble Bundle and Indie Gala sites where you'll sometimes find decent bundles with over 90% off the usual price of the games included in the bundles. The Humble site is in my opinion the best. A more recent addition that is worth checking out are the Fanatical bundles (used to be called Bundle stars)that you can find HERE (thanks Delenn for reminding me of this bundle, I've just recovered my account and found thousands of unused Steam keys listed from various bundles I purchased from 2012 to 2017).
