Would be nice if you could resume play where you stopped, or at least at start of the last new level (or new environment) that you reached. I would quickly tire of playing from the beginning every time, so I will pass for now. Hoping they can add way to save progress in this and future games.

Mr.Dave,
Yeah, I agree with you. I never play a game the whole way through in one sitting. I've played games like this before where you have to restart every time, so I end up never playing them again.

If its always free...then why is it featuring here ?
Couldn't we get it ourselves if we wanted it ?

Maria,
Hi Maria, These games are not always free. in fact every game given away here are actually commercial games sold via sites like Big fish Games, Alawar, Gamehouse, GameFools and Steam to name just a few. Sites like Falcoware and MyPlayCity have an accord with the developers of these games where they give them a cut of the advertising income that is earned through the in game advert that you see while the Falcoware launcher is launching the game. It takes up to 30 seconds for the launcher to launch these games. They also earn more cash whenever your browser is redirected to their home pages, basically every time you boot up and close the game down they earn some money. Developers can now earn more money by allowing their commercial games to be given away in this fashion once the game is several months old than if they only sold the games directly from commercial sites like the ones I've mentioned above. You also see many of these games included in the now common indie bundles, with up to 95% off the usual price.
The giveaway versions we get here have had some of the adware and sometimes toolbars disabled, so they are 'cleaner' than the ones you get directly from MyPlayCity and Falcoware.
I hope the above answers your question?
Before the financial crisis hit nine years ago, we used to get decent arcade games every day here at the gamegiveawayoftheday site, and they were 'totally' free from adware. The price of arcade games crashed significantly following the crisis; for example, an average arcade game used to cost $19.99; shortly after the crisis arose, arcade games came down to between $4 to $6 each. Many developers and small development houses went out of business. That saw the advent of loads of these sites like Falcoware, MyPlayCity, Gametop, FreeGamePick and others that give games away for free an the indie game bundles.

This is kind of awkward for left handers. How do I exit?

Jeffrey K Benham, Yes, I agree. I'm also left handed and have found quite a few of these games don't cater for left handed players. I've already deleted it as it's too awkward for me to enjoy due to the lack of no keyboard binding options.

I haven't rated it yet. It could be a good game. Controls are ADWS and the space bar is the same as the W. There are no instructions on how to shoot. The Ctrl and Shift keys do not work for that. Otherwise very straightforward Shooter/Platformer.

Jeffrey K Benham, Hi Jeffrey, to fire the gun use your mouse pointed to aim where you want to shoot and press the LMB to fire. Keeping the LMB depressed allows you to fire as though you are firing an automatic rifle. with a short pause while the character reloads the empty magazine, which is then dropped and disappears after a short time. You have unlimited ammunition.
