Amazing Repair is a retro puzzle platformer game with old school music.

The Game:

Amazing Repair is simple 2D platformer game where you move your character one step at a time. A crane drops boxes of various materials onto the place you are standing; you must move out of the way before the box lands on top of you. The aim is to build up a platform high enough to allow you to escape the level. There are sometimes two exits you can escape from located above the area you spawn in. You get three attempts at completing the level before you have to restart, though some of the 30 levels do contain an extra life. Watch out for the spikes in later levels as these can kill you. Progress is saved if you make it to any level after level one, but this can be overwritten if you start a new game. The top left indicator tells you which level you are on. Wooden boxes are destroyed by brick and metal boxes, so be careful how you move and stack the falling boxes as you may find yourself trapped and crushed underneath a falling box.

You control your characters movements using either the A & D keys or the ← & → to move left or right. The main menu is controlled by the W & S keys or the ↑ & ↓ to scroll through the various menu selections that include resume, new game, control, credit and exit. The control button does not tell you which key bindings to use, it instead includes buttons for changing the language from English to Russian, a full screen/window toggle, music and sound toggles and a back button. all buttons in both menus are activated by the return key. There is no mouse control. When jumping onto a fallen box you move next to it and then press the left or right movement key again depending on which side of the box you are on. Conclusion:

If you like challenging platformers in the style of an old school platformer, this is a game worth downloading. 7 out of 10 for game play from me.
