I love the new style of review! I don't know if you really get any feedback on it but I do like it. It doesn't look like the greatest of game style this week but free is still free so I might end up giving it a try anyway. Thank you for all the work you put in for us grumblers. ;) Also I hope whatever had you tied up yesterday is better and everyone is doing well.

Finally !!!! no puzzle or hidden objects. I'll take games like this any day of the week. I really wish GGAOTD would take a few months off on these hidden objects games as they are lame. Bring back games like nuclear ball, Neoball, Magicball, just to name a few. I almost feel like I hit the game lottery today when I came across this game. It's about time. If I only had more then two thumbs I would give em. But, seems as I only have two, that's all I can give on this game. I say bring back some of the good ole games that were fun like I had mentioned instead of these LAME puzzles and H.O.G.'s

This is almost exactly like Bella Design. I don't know how frantic it gets, but Bella Design wasn't as bad as some of the Dash-type games. I don't like the extremely fast-paced clicky games as my arthritic fingers don't cooperate, but I enjoyed Bella Design and look forward to working my way through this one.

The system requirements only go to Win 7. Will it work on Win 8 or 10?

I downloaded and played it. It does work well with Win 8. It's a typical time management game so I loved it. There are interesting mini games here and there. Now that Play first has sold out to whomever, and only makes Diner Dash for mobile, I need a new game maker to get great TM games from. Thanks to GGOTD, I have one new one :)

I'm going to decline. Ty anyway, Sugar Games and GGOTD. I have low manual dexterity. Mediocre at best. I will never excel at this type of game, so, for me, it has to have something more than just fast click challenge. These type of games increase my dexterity, but many game types will do that. It has to have something more, in terms of strategy, or setting, or execution. I could be wrong, but I suspect the Gamezebo review is on point, and the physical challenge is the bulk of the attraction. And, like I say, other games can have that and still give me more. I do enjoy some tm games: Jane's Hotel, Gourmania are just 2 examples. Not a condemnation, but an explanation for game planners. I think those that will only go for click challenge will be a small minority. And, some will like the wedding boutique idea, certainly. So, those groups might be large enough to justify creating this type of game. After all, some will play nearly any hidden object or match 3. But, in a general sense, it's better to include more, to broaden your potential customers.

I went ahead and downloaded today's game automatically but I'm not even sure I'll install it after reading the comments. Concidentally, I'm drinking a cup of tea at the moment and this type of game - the "Dash" genre - is "not my cup of tea".
Yesterday's "Amanda's Sticker Book" is also silly and "girly" and, as some commenters mentioned, tends to run slow.
I have been having a lot of fun with Farmington Tales and Royal Envoy. I've played an insane amount of Mini-Hockey. Fishdom Frosty Splash is a perrenial favorite that I've played for years. I'm not quick enough for the Star Defender games but the first levels are fun.
Past games from last year that I especially enjoyed incude both Gardenscapes, CropBusters, Barn Yarn, Family Vacation, Solitaire Mystery and Viking Brothers.
I was caught by surprise by the social commentery implicit in Viking Brothers. The Player is the Vikings, white invaders clearing and settling land while slaughtering the red-skinned, totem pole building "savages". American History 101, basically.
Royal Envoy also has a none too subtle political subtext with the evil usurper trying to get elected King while spreading hatred.
In the past I remarked that the GGOTD site's deluge of hidden object games had converted me into a HOG fan, but I confess that some are too challenging. The games where the items are too well hidden, all brown or gray (like the computer coloring in modern comic books) or too small for these tired old eyes to find, I tend to play for a few rounds, set aside and eventually delete.
The cosmetic changes to the site do not trouble me and the process of having a link sent to my old junk mail email address adds a step but is not that bothersome as long as the games are free.
And of course Whiterabbit's contributions here are always appreciated.

For me it's a so-called "girls game", not my favourite. But a different kind of games to the usual "hidden objects" ... Thank you for this offer. And sorry, but I won't try it. (look ashamed..)

I found this comment useful because it made me laugh so very hard. Commodore C64 would have thought this game was made in a future with flying cars and hoverboards that didn't kill people and catch houses on fire.

They changed it back so I will withdraw my thumbs up to the site.
As for the game it's fun if you enjoy TM games. I usually get a few levels into this type of game and get stuck because I can't click fast enough. On top of that this game is not merely an extraction to your hard drive. Instead it is a full installation so I will pass. Thank you Sugar Games for the offer. GGOTD team I will not be thanking you until you return to the format that 99.99 % of your users have been calling for.

"On top of that this game is not merely an extraction to your hard drive."
Purely FWIW & all that...
In every Game GOTD offer I've seen so far over the years, the only things that are different when the game has an installation routine is an uninstall, usually entered in the registry, & shortcuts. You can normally install to the same folder as the rest of your games, or move the game's folder afterward. I usually run setup.exe in a VM, copying the game's folder, wherever it may be, but that's just me.
"GGOTD team I will not be thanking you until you return to the format that 99.99 % of your users have been calling for."
I would hazard a guess that if *that* many people were upset with the new design, downloads would have almost ceased, forcing the GOTD team to roll it back. With the regular GOTD site that hasn't happened, & I have no reason to expect it with the game site either.
As far as thanking the GOTD team, I'm not aware of an alternative site where we can get free games, minus the presence of toolbars, web pages opening on exit etc. Personally I thank anyone who gives me a free game, but in this case, without the add-ons, I think double thanks are in order, but again that's just me.

"They changed it back..." and onwards look like my words, but they're not.

GB That was GPC111, as you likely know GB. It looks clear to me it was him and not you, so I wouldn't worry. Unless Whiterabbit fixed it in the 26 minutes between the comment above this and this, my response, in which case, still no need to worry. :)
