Anyone know if it is safe to just delete the folder this game is in as there is no uninstaller with it. The game has never worked for me so I want it off of my system. It doesn’t show up as a program where programs are uninstalled through windows.

I installed as directed and activated. the game never gets off the ground it stalls with the screen completely black. I have to use the task manager to close it as it responds to nothing. It is installed to C:/Games on my Vista x64 SP2 machine. Not sure what happened or why it will not work, but I am affraid to uninstall it as there is no uninstaller with it and ti does not appear in the add/remove programs either, Hmmmmm………………..this sucks!!!

I think some of the free games I linked to in my first comment at #1 are better than the giveaway version. Tjhere are also some great freeware games linked to in the wheeled games thread and the free games synopsis (see #1 for links)

NEVER MIND about my short review!

Worst game ever created.

-Driving, bad.
-Refresh Rate / Frame Rate, too choppy!!! Even “Halo: Combat Evolved” isn’t way better!
-8 laps? Your not kidding me right?

Result: Uninstall… NOW!

Why do developer continue using keyboard controls? The programming may be easier but sticking with a keyboard to control a fast moving object through sharp curves and obstacles is stupid. If a developer would take the time to add “joy stick” controls, his game would be different and marketable. As it is one more game like a thousand others.

I agree Bigun, the all or nothing aspect of keyboard control when used for a racing game makes it hard to turn corners, whereas Steering Wheels tend to include force feedbacl controls that allow a smooth transition effect, so you can take corners ealistically; plus of course those with disabilities may not be able to play the game effectively.

There was a time when all racing games used steering wheels as an option. We rarely see the steering wheel or the joystick as a choice when trying to configure a game.

I got Memory access violation! What can I do to play this game? Please help me. If I can´t get it to run, please also tell me how I can uninstall it. Is it possible to delete just the folder? Thanks for help and have a good sunday!

Someone asked a similar question above re deleting the game. The answer is yes, you can delete the folder to get rid of the game.

The game can not be controlled by using Speed Racing Wheel and Pedals! Am I missing something? It works fine when using a keyboard or a mouse

Thanks or answering the question I possed at comment #1. I wonered whether a wheel could be used. Pity as I reckon it would have made the game much more playable.
