Giveaway of the Day - Magic Ball 2

Magic Ball 2
December 2, 2007

The popular Magic Ball series pays tribute to the arcade gameplay of Breakout, in which you remove all of the bricks on the screen using a ball, a paddle and select bonuses. The original Magic Ball was the first Breakout remake to feature 3D level design based on locations and objects found in the real world.

Magic Ball 2 is an all-new sequel featuring additional bonuses, enhanced special effects and elaborate level design.

One stage, for example, includes a pastoral setting that begins with sheep grazing in a field and a brook flowing past a small cottage; moments later, dozens of balls are bouncing around the screen, the house is crumbling and bonuses are raining toward the paddle! You will also stop a runaway train, demolish a burning building and topple a giant monster rampaging through city streets.

Luckily, cannons and other weapons will give you the upper hand.

  1. LOVE this game. have only run it in WinXP SP2, but it installs fine, opens fine, runs fine. a nice 3d update to the standard blockbreaker game. like the additions of the moving animals and rockets - makes the blockbreaking “have a life”. thanks GGOTD

  3. I guess if its free you cannot complained about the time limits imposed. But we are keen on looking at something without that. Most of us are actually your “beta users” as we can in our comments online to tell you what the software does. Perhaps instead of putting in time limits, allow the users after a period of time to give you feedbacks after having tried the software. Normally in my case, I will just remove the software if it does not serve its purpose.
