After reading all the comments about how stupid it was, I just had to download it to see for myself. Quite honestly, although the story line is quite stupid, the game is rather fun and a bit challenging. I had no problems with the mouse controlling the fly--except my own inability to dodge the flying cats! Can't believe I am actually saying this, but I'm having fun and look forward to completing the living room level to see where it takes me next! Keep up the great work, GGAOTD!

Ehh,this is alright.I dont really care about shooter games so this one isn't very appealing to me.The graphics aren't the best but they're not the worst either.The sound is nothing amazing.Atleast I can play with my mouse,which is a definite plus.I'll rate this a 4 out of ten.

I give this game an enthusiastic 10 ( on the scale of 1 to 10). The story is worth taking a look at before playing the game.. espescially those of us who appreicate good silly fun :-) I apreciate family games like this. Nothing scary -just plain fun.

There is more to this game than I expected. After preparing several meals a day and doing the washing up after it is a lot of fun to break all the dishes in the kitchen. The artwork and sound effects are very well done.

When the game is first opened you are presented with a small menu offering; START, README, WEBSITE, SEND PROBLEM REPORT and QUIT.

Taking time to read the README will give a good explanation of how to play this game.

The music is rather good and easy to turn down or mute.

At the bottom of the main entry screen a player can select a difficulty level. This is a real help and makes the game adaptable to either child or adult.

However, I will admit that Grammy here has chosen the EASY level and I've yet to get out of the kitchen. Each time I do better. Was I ever glad when a clue came up at the bottom of the screen telling me how I might defeat the mean landlady. Still, I wonder will I ever get past her?

I gave this game a 10 not just because I like it - but because it is a well done family game and is definately different.

I think it's kinda fun, and to you nay sayers about the controls.... need I point out that you are playing a fly? not world class areobats.

Did anyone notice the last line in the description? It reads:

"This game could have one of the worst story lines ever - Reading it is probably worth the download alone."

Very true! This game is is so hysterically funny they could not have been serious. The story line is so very bad and the game is so funny. I had no problems with mouse control and don't know what #9 syu means by it "over rides logitech drivers". I use a Logitech optical mouse and no problems at all.

It's probably not for everybody, the price should be lowered, and they should make it more clear this is jokeware. But it's great for free and is definitely playable, if you can stop laughing long enough. One guarantee, you won't see a game or story line quite like this one again. I thought it was quite good, nice graphics and plenty of variety. Makes a change from spaceship shooters. The controls seemed okay to me, using a joypad.

This game is FRIGGIN AWSM!!!!! Sure... a bit corny in it's storyline... but original and cute. It played nice, and it was compatible with my game pad too (Logitech RumblePad 2). I thought the objects that were added from level to level were kewl. I kept wondering what was coming next. I had a great time playing. Definitely a keeper.

I tried this game for few levels around 20 minutes after downloaded. For a price of 10 bucks,is a rather cute one though the graphics are not super looking but is not that bad as other comments I see online. The music is quite nice too especially the cute little story (anyway you can lower the vol. or mute it.) Appreciate the distributor today. Thanks and enjoy the game guys. (Those who complained without trying need to move on).

Is not fair to say criticism without really trying the game yet. Don't forget is free! "You" have no right to 'mislead' others without giving the game a 'chance'. This is the hard work for the one who 'design' the game. So far I have no problem to install most GOTD softwares and games. Only once with a AVI webcam vendor.

Please keep up your good work GOTD team. Thanks to those genuine readers who contribute their point of views after trying the game and appreciate GOTD as I do.

This one wasn't the best, but as for elefun games, I thought Musikapa was excellent. I'm completely hooked on it. I was a breakout fan back in the 2600 days, and Musikapa was just a well done game.

I downloaded and tried it, not bad, kind of funny in a way, i used my Game Pad and had no problem with the controls. A good game for when you need a break from work..

I don't know why anyone complains about anything. All of these games are free! Either you care for it or you don't, but stop whining!

Well it's old school with slightly better graphics. So I dumped it, cause it just isn't a game that I would pay or play but rather find on a store special of 300 games on a CD
Sorry but a waste of time But could be good for my 2 year old! Nah he would try to eat the hotdogs and get the screen all mucked up.

Not fun at all because of the sloppy control issue, I gave it 2 minutes of my life and then uninstalled it. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a better game tomorrow.

Well there is one thing I'm learning - I don't enjoy Elefun games at all - the graphics are archaic, hailing back to what was only possible in the late 80s. However, I do thank them for providing a choice between joystick, keyboard and mouse! ;)

Activation and installation was easy - which was not so in their last game offering - Battle Rush: Tanks. Even the forums couldn't provide a 'fix' for the problem there.

The graphics are just ok, sounds are realistic and I didn't experience the mouse problems that others have been commenting on - so I wonder if their issues have to do with mouse settings?

This game is now uninstalled - to meet its buddy in the recycle bin.

I wont try this game, but i do thank you for some of the wonderful games you have already given us. It amazes me how so many comments on here are nasty and demanding about what type of game you should offer for free. IT IS FREE.

Comment #19 ‘Dream’, I sent one of the GGAotD team a whole bunch of links to free Breakout games, and have posted some links recently in these comments sections for free commercial games such as Brixout, Gem Ball, (which in the free version is called Egypt Ball, but it is the same game, and Poing, which is a brilliant and unusual Breakout game. I have posted links to all those games in the past few weeks. I haven’t time to find them at the moment though as the kids are due back from school fairly soon. Also see the freeware section of this site. Many of the links I sent have been included. I'd especially go for Wreckerball Dreams, DX ball (The precursor to Super DX Ball Deluxe) and Jarkanoid III. There are others’ but off the top of my head I’m a little forgetful, lol.

This is a budget game, so don't expect cutting edge graphics. Although totally different than soup, there are some links that would put this in the same category (IMO) that is, miscellaneous games as it’s too unlike a real shooting game, lol. The kids will enjoy this one.

I have to agree in part to Jason comment #9. However it is playable. And definitely original in the graphical sense, that is way the shooter has been designed. If you take the time to watch the simple story line, it may give you a simple laugh. I thought it was funny; anyway, for a free giveaway it's okay. Thanks Elefun Multimedia and the GGAotD team for providing another game to try out. I give it a 5 out of 10 because it is playable and is much better than most freeware games I’ve seen, but for a commercial software I would suggest lowering the price even more to something like $5. I bought a $5 game several months ago, and was pleasantly surprised. (crash ball)

This has to be the worse game ever given here. Words do not describe how bad it is. Don't waste our time downloading this one. They should be ashamed of themselves for ever making such a stupid, useless, dumb,. etc. game. I will be back tomorrow and hope for the best.

I went ahead and really gave this one a chance. It is somewhat unique and interesting in a few quirky ways but it is low quality software. It has poor controls/graphics/sounds. I even changed the controls to keyboard but it was still floaty.

If you decide to download this one I suggest playing past the kitchen level and using some of the power-ups with the alt key to see some of the better things about it.

Overall it is somewhat interesting for a few minutes here and there, but there are so many other shooters that are free and much better.

The fly handles very badly, which I might be able to deal with if the collision detection wasn't so ungenerous. It seems like it detects boxes around the objects.
