I may have a copy, but will have to check to see if I can find it. I'm in the process of scanning all my backups (literally several terabytes of Blu Ray, DVD and CD disks, as well as another several terabytes of external drives), which is taking time. Jets 'n' Guns is one of my favorite side scrolling shmups. I bought the early access version of Jet's 'n' Guns 2 back in February 2020, which, incidentally was fully released on Steam yesterday the 24th July 2020.
No promises though. I had a similar request for a shmup which took literally over 7 years to sort. I found that particular game earlier this year, by which time the guy had actually found a copy.
