I’m catching a flight and heading out of town for a week, so I’ll miss out on some downloads, I guess. But I’m glad I got this one — it’s a brick breaker, but it seems pretty solid. Busting up mummies and having their ghosts get in your way is an interesting touch.
I’m guessing English wasn’t the developers’ first language, though, because when you lose, the game says:
“You are not carry on.”
Ah well. Thanks, GGOTD!
Comment by Secularsage — December 15th, 2007 at 3:14 amAll in all, a pretty good brick breaker, if you are a fan of the genre. It has a few translation issues (in which it reminds me of “Chak’s Temple” - another great game that sometimes did not make any sense in English) but it downloads and plays very smoothly. It is overall a quality piece of software, unlike yesterday’s offering! The graphics are good quality, especially in the opening and menu screens. Gameplay is in 3D, which isn’t usually my first choice because of the graphics quality lost, but this is pretty good for a 3D breakout game.
It could use a few more instructions and a once over with a native English speaker; otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing. Great game!
