Graphically it is a bit dated and the storyline is just bad, but the gameplay is excellent. With a wide variety of towers and the long upgrade paths each has, there is a lot of different ways to go about defeating any particular level. The only true gripe that I have is that it can be difficult to see and target enemies when there is so much going on at once, even with the effects turned down low. Is it worth the sticker price? Something I wasn't expecting with those screenshots. Spend couple of hours playing it... everything went smooth, except when I was quitting the program - it takes lots of time to fully exit the game.
