It says to run activate.exe first, then run setup.exe to install the game. Since you already installed the game and didn't run activate, you need to CLOSE the game completely. (Make sure it's not minimized, it must be CLOSED.) Then go back to the original zip file you downloaded from game.giveawayoftheday.com, see the three files in there? (activate.exe, readme.txt, and setup.exe). Just double click on on activate.exe and wait for the gray message box that says activation successful. Now re-open the game.
