Rock Legend is a turn-based game, in some ways similar to the gameplay of Kudos. Each turn of the game represents a single day, and it’s up to you to decide how the band spends their time. Some of the activities you will need to spend time on include songwriting, rehearsals, auditions, publicity events, practicing individual instruments, and of course, recording your latest album.

The game has sophisticated AI that controls your band members (you are the singer, they are your backing band) and decides how motivated, energetic and happy they are. If you work the band too hard, arrange poorly-attended gigs, and don’t provide your band with the lifestyle they expect, you will have resignations on your hands. Running a successful band is part financial management, part people-management, and part creative struggle. Would you survive the music business?

Starship Tycoon puts you in charge of an interplanetary shipping company, you compete against AI controlled companies to survive in the cut-throat world of space commerce. Configure and upgrade your starships, hire and fire the crew, smuggle illegal goods, and wage price wars against your competitors.

You can play either in a mission-based or freeform ’sandbox’ mode. You can run your company any way you like, from keeping the staff happy and well paid right down to running on cheap fuel, smuggling illegal cargoes, and bribing the customs officials.

Planetary defense is a space arcade shootemup game where you defend a planet (and it’s orbiting moons) from waves of attacking enemy rockets and missiles.

The game is like a dynamic, 360 degree version of space shooter classic missile command, only this time you need to provide covering fire for escaping colonists as well as shoot down incoming missiles and enemy laser platforms.
