I had no problem selecting a desktop icon during the install process, nor did I have problems with finding uninstall in the directory where I placed the game. I have a few gripes about the interface- primarily that you cannot move the "scanning" lines with the mouse. (would have been easy to allow you to drag the them around the screen.) Also, the instructions on how to control the movement is not adequately described. Once getting past that, however, it is a very interesting puzzle game.
