If it is just incompatible with certain CPU's or graphics cards or operating systems it will save others with those pieces the disappointment. We may not be able to solve your troubles but at least your comment would be constructive for others. Maybe in the gaotd forums there is a user driven tech support section where those of us who have problems with a giveaway can post and find out what the problem is and if there is a known workaround, then come back here to comment with something enlightening for readers and would be installers.
