Guys,

Please forget about my last comment (69). I submitted the airbandits.exe file to AVIRA and it is apparently a false positive as stated bellow by the AVIRA team :

My antivirus Avira Antivir also flagged the airbandits.exe as a trojan

I then submitted the file to VirusTotal and out of 40 antivirus 10 found out there may be a trojan

Finally I wonder if there is really a Trojan

I downloaded

Airbandits, was not working well so I ran it thru my anti virus and it was filled with trojans, deleted it right away. love the web site and this is the first time I had a virus from one of the free games, I have used this site for at least a year and I am still happy to visit and use this website.

This is dangerous, you should publish it because many well known antivirus give this a trojan.

As far as I know no comments have been deleted. I didn’t delete it. I’ve tried to explain that the giveaway team test all their games rigorously. Just read the comments I’ve made on this issue. Thanks.

Air Bandits was one of the very few game giveaways that didn’t activate when you installed it. Most game giveaways come as a duel setup and activation module. This game was one of the rare times you should have checked you read me file as there was an activation code required to register this game. You’ve obviously not bothered to check the read me and therefore failed to activate the game properly. None of the games given away are rip offs, they are full version games that have always been given away for free. so long as you follow the instructions to the letter you will always get a full version game.

If you’ve not cleared out your recycle bin for few weeks you may find that you’ll still be able to activate the game by extracting the read me file from the zipped file as the activation code should still be available for you. If you’ve cleared the bin then there’s no way you can activate it now.
